  1. It doesn't do it all the time, but mysaz 3000 cuts off when I cut it up too quickly or down to quickly, like I said, its not all the time. My voltage is pretty solid and it happens around 13.5ish. And I've sat there and jammed it and theres no problems. But like for instance tonite, I was givin a demo and a cop rolled around the coner so I cut the knob down and bam. Amp went off.. is there anything wrong or is that just how it is? Thanks.

  2. Aight, heres the deal. I currently runnin 4x kole qx1-3000ds and i can trade em all for 2 Crunch gp3000 pros. I'd be running the crunches at .5 ohm DAILY and I'm pretty sure they can hold up, and I'm pretty sure my electrical is up to par (room for improvement) but I want to kno what yall think. Is it worth it? Would you do it? These amps will be on 4 level 4 15s. I need to kno asap bc Im tradin the rest of my koles away for a crunch if I feel it's worth it...

  3. Sounds like you're already loud so I would just wait. Get that 4500 in pre sale is like stealing it. If I remember crorrectly they are gonna be over $2k once released.

Damn. Preciate the input, I might just hav to wait..

Sounds like you've already talked yourself into the 4500. The SAZ is like three times better amp than those Kole/PA's BUT you currently have four of them. I think that if you run only one 3500 you'll lose a little bit on the meter, but your subs might sound better on daily.

Either way, you are going to quake; just make sure you grab that SAZ-4500 at the $1200 if you can. :hairtrick:

OR you can grab a RF T4000.1BD right now for about $900 and call it a day.

    That i have. lol

Losin some numbers on the meter is wat I was worried ab but I didnt wana start one of those "which one would be louder" threads.

And, btw, I'm not in any way dissatified the Kole amps I hav are very efficient.

I guarentee that 4500 will give 5k+ watts at the right voltage, but the 3500 will put 4k + (with some voltage) on those lvl 4s and that would be perfect for some lvl 4's, but i bet they can take more than 1000 rms a piece. My .02

The lvl 4s do take more than 1k rms apiece, easy. You hit it on the head basically.

  4. I was running 2 of these at one point and I'll add they are VERY power hungry and insufficient. My suggestion is run it at 4 ohm til you upgrade the electrical OR sell it and pick up something else (thats what I did).

  5. eh if you wanna go really big go for the dat 8.1 and 4 more lvl 4s :) and clamshell it :) JK

But seriously bro, the 3500 would be really nice for what your looking to try to do, if you DONT want to wait.. could get the 3500 till nov then sell it off and get the 4500 later

haha. Ive shoved all I can into my little ass truck now man.

And that's wat Ive been thinkin about doin.. I was just wonderin if it would be enough and worth it.

  6. I currently hav (4) DC Audio level 4 15s, wat I'm pushin em wih now is in the sig.. but I'm wantin to run sundown amps. So, my question is... would the saz 3500 give me enough power to push all 4 of em? and would it push em good ORR should I just wait out til the 4500 comes out??

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I'm not worried ab my electrical with this amp bc it's pretty damn solid as is. & it's in the sig also.
