  1. I'm going to be running 4 Rockford Fosgate 12" P3s (P3D212). I want to run then in pairs (2 subs 1 amp). I was wondering if running them on the MB Quart ONX1.1500D was good or not?

    AMP: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_23875_MB+Quart+ONX1.1500D.html

    SUB: http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?cat_id=4&series_id=31&family_id=11&item_id=108288&locale=en_US&p_status=

Not much experience on the ONX series, but the DSC 1500.1 I messed around with was a pretty stout little amp. I'd like to suggest the Audiopipe 1500.1 maybe? Not sure of your budget the they'd be cheaper than those mb quarts, most likely put out the same/more power. I only suggested those for bang for the buck budgeting. My link

  2. click the "media" button right about ----------------^^^ there, drop the link in the box, hit enter.....done! (i hope my carrot-arrow lines up on your screen like it did on mine LOL)

edit: the media button is in the text box where you type your reply, not in the actual post, like this one......but you catch my drift :)

its the little symbol that looks like 3 pages.

Gotcha!! Fixed. For some reason "http://" was in there twice, so it wasn't embedding. Thanks man! :good:

  3. Me and a few guys are wondering if the xstatic batcaps are all hype or not. Most of us run the Deka Intimidator g31s. And I guess the real question is which one would you go with and why? Money being no issue because they're somewhat close. I'd like someone that has done testing on both to chime in a let me know also.

    Thanks ahead of time guys.

  4. I have a 2001 explorer SPORT and the rear is already lowered due to 400+ pounds in the back, and I wana drop the front a few inches but have no idea how to do it. Everybody I go to says it can't be done because of the gas shocks that are on it, and I can't find a kit for it ANYWHERE. So if I could get some Idea of how to go about it, Id appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance

  5. Wiring goes as follows. Each sub is series wired to itself, then the pair is series wired to each other creating a 12 ohm load. So I had 4 sets of 12 ohm subs. So the final load is 3. Then he strapped the amps creating a 1.5 ohm load per. Straight from mr yates himself. (Goldtaz1)

  6. How did you get 4 D4s to wire to 1.5 ohm?

Good, question, I didnt do the wiring. Maybe my man Goldtaz1 will chime in and let you know. The amps are strapped on the 8 woofers. If I remember correctly, the multimeter read 1.5 per

    But he haz 8 right?

    yessir

put some audio-pipes in there they are super cheap and really loud

if you dont mind could u give me a link? I'm not real familiar with audiopipe subs

I think I'm going to be in a similar situation soon. I've got two SAZ-3000D's as well and was thinking about running Sundown SA-12 subs.

Can I ask what numbers are you hitting with the current setup? Is it setup for music or SPL?

I thought about the SA-12s myself. I actually still am. lol. Its a daily setup, I compete in streetbeat. Numberwise Its does a 149.xx sealed on the dash and a 151.x in the kick. All scores from a TL and on music. Lil Jon Push That Nigga, Push That Hoe.

holla at ssachett thats his screen name on here he builds good subs tell him i sent ya if u decide to let him hook u up!!

Will do. Thanks for that. Its gives me another option

  7. I'm currently running 8 IA 187 12s in 12 cubes tuned to 30hz. For power I have 2 saz3000s. Right now they're at ~1.5 each because the subs are d4s. Anyways, I stumbled across these mb quart premium 12s. Anybody had any experience with em? OOrr, does anybody have any suggestions as to an 8 12 setup? my budget for subs is about 1200, maybe a tad more.

    Preciate the help fellas.

    BJ
