  2. wtf?! it peeks @ 27hz?

i guess just build a bigger box and tune ~20hz.

are you going to help any dont waste my time on this bullshit wtf would i wont to tune to 20hz lol im trying to get better numbers not blow my car apart so if you can help do so dont just keep saying bs so if you cant help dont post this shit becouse bigger box and alot of power to subs = blown subs and the 20hz is no good so please read first post and see if you can help on that and if you cant go bother someone else but thinks for trying

  3. the box i have now is exaely to treos spec but my cars peek is 27hz i need to bring that up plus wayne at treo wonts to sell but dont wont to help so bad custmer suport fyi so please help if you can i asked treo before asking here and thats why i joined smd to get help and give it if i can

  4. i wont to put up good numbers on the tl and still play the lows so what size of box will i need to do this subs are 2x treo ssx 18's so what would be the best box to build i will be running them on my 2 rd audio 3250.1's strapped @5500wrms so please give me your suggestions such as port size cubic in what hz to tune the box and how many cubes net please help my mine goal is to put up good numbers this is in a hatchback car

  5. If it's pure burpy numbers you want then build for 66hz. If you peak at 33hz you'll also peak at 66hz.

Don't tune the box to your peak. Tune it a few hz below the peak, once you get it in the car the combined setup will peak a bit higher than the tuning.

You need a bigger box and more port. Try to get 10 cubes after displacement with 180-200 square inches of port if it's purely for burping. Or 6 6" aeroports across the back of the box.

thanks man im going to leave it a lone i was just hopeing to get a 150.xx maybe with the new alty when it gets here hope it will pick up 5tenths but i dont know im doing a 149.5 @28hz so im happy with it im just tired of plp doing a 150.00 @ 45 to 50 hz but i like the ground pounder thing thanks for all your help

  6. i think an upgraded alt will do wonders also try a stronger battery too

next time youre runnin hook up a volt meter and watch for voltage drops

i seen a 10.8 at one time but on burps it only drops to around 11.8 or so but a new alty is in the mail

  7. Ah, LoL.

Probes tend to suck for numbers anyway, don't take it to heart.

    Buy an Explorer, LoL!

lol it must be the big ass dash oh well its good for ground pounding lol and haveing fun i guess every one the sits in it bails out for some reason
