One of my 12" Nightshades I purchased off Nightshade. These things are fucking beastly, Pictures don't do these justice if your like me and never saw a beastly 12" sub like this before.

Some KnoKoncepts stuff I had ordered a few months ago.

I also picked up some Klien(sp?) cable cutters at Lowes along with a small torch to solder the lugs on the power wires. Had to pick up a small vaccum suction vise to stick onto my table to hold the wires. All I need is my PS D2400 and my mechman 250amp alternator to arrive and I can start installing.

I have to measure my trunk and figure out a box design for these.

Thats fucked up. Sometimes you get fucked over like that then you get it worse after the fact.

Not as serious but I remember the time my truck had its tires slashed and when I called the cops they gave me a hard time about the truck having flat tires parked on the st. The flatbed was 2 hours away and I had to wait so they didnt impound my car.

Its ridiculous how sometimes your victimized then penalized for being a victim.

I have used both companies amps and I have to say both are good. Sundown wins imo in value but JL isnt JL for no reason. I was going to go JL in my ride but I chose sundown instead due to a feeling of better value for my dollar. I also chose them because I like the exterior design. Also I dont think I could get better customer service, but thats also my opinion.

Regardless like stated whichever way you choose I'm sure you will be happy.

Also IMO unless this is gonna be a serious no nonsense SQ build, I doubt you will tell a major difference.
