Got some work done today! Ripped out all the equipment and wiring in the rear.
Then me and Herold installed this
That's all for now. Get the amps installed back in tomorrow.
-
only goal today was changing the rear to fit 16 more batteries. Its going to be tight but everything on this build is tight.
-
haha thanks for posting up the pics and vids... still cant get over all the fuses blowing. Just goes to show how beastly the 3500D is. the bathroom vid is just retarded!
-
Shoe horn, ca glue, duct tape, and a big f'ing hammer.
haha.... shh telling secrets
-
Also need to give a big thanks to Mike Singer and his guys coming down and throwing in a helping hand on this and also letting me "borrow" some new equipment of his.
-
ahh yeah thats cool.... They should be back to Ohio and have em up later today. We also gotta figure out if we can bypass the fuel roll over switch.

GD 160 at 35hz!
It was at 34hz... when we did the test it was saying 35hz but we didnt have 35hz we had 34hz and 36hz so we just stuck with 34hz but everyone on outside thought we were doing 35hz.
I'm still tripping on our little fuse problem. Anyone have a pic of that I thought i got one but can't find it...lol
-
It has more in it for sure! This thing was built RIGHT
and it has the right equipment in it!
-
We have a lot of things to do before I want to turn it up full tilt. really have to get an outside radio source to be able to control the volume knob. With those few test it took two of us trying to hold the radio on the inside. So much vibration it was all me and Brandon could do to hold onto it enough to get it turned up to that. Still need to finish the doors and the wall is not finished just squared up corners right now.
-
I dont have any more right now... more to come in the following days/weeks!
-
HO-LEE POO!
is it louder than steve mick?! (158+ @ 33hz)
and is there a build log?
go back on these pages for a little build log... and I soooo don't have the "good" numbers on this cam... I think everyone else does. They are more then welcome to post em up ... I'm uploading more vids that I have... I don't have any vids from when i was inside. We still have not even come close to full tilt yet. Still much work to go before we even get close to that... just some teaser numbers..... will have it ready soon and yes its might have some numbers in it!
-
Really have to send out a big thanks for everyone coming down and helping get everything playing. We have had some hardcore problems as every big system does and without these guys it could not have been done! Thanks a lot guys, thanks for being a part of this "little build"
more to come in a sec

I cant wait to turn this truck up today. Its been a long time coming. We will be keeping the numbers to ourselves for a little bit. This will be something that will be seen in the lanes. Not sure yet which show will be first.

Just some test vids..... no numbers yet, those will come later

That was me up at the gas station in Chapin. We are so close to being done on this build its driving me nuts. But work comes first and my job is no 9 to 5 so time has been my only issue right now. I need a clone to finish this work up or a big group of people come help me finish it up (cough) DJ, Jacob, Brandon, Derick, Rob, Gary, Scott, Steve.......ect.! lol

Looking good Steve as always. I wish you would bring it out to the east coast one time. I'm all about the clean installs and this one would be cool to see.
