I paid over $700 back in june for the amps alone, so am I asking too much?

I decided to remove my rear view, as I was getting damn tired of adjusting it when listening to music. I have a question about it though, could I get a ticket in IL for not having it? I've looked allover, and I cannot find anything about it.

The back of the amp rack has all of the spots for connections already labeled, don't know if this will matter or not.

maybe aiming them low helps the glare for oncoming drivers but it still illegal
I am getting Projector housings soon, and almost everything lighting is illegal.

Well, I decided to move the ballasts as suggested by Caddy, and that was a big pain in the ass. It took about 6 tries to get the ballast where the housing still had clearance, but here are new pics

I personally wouldnt worry about the turn on flicker, or the dimming until warm.
Thats standard with ANY H.I.D. setup, no matter the manufacture, price, aftermarket, or stock/oem.
Any light with a ballast is going to have the warm up time (some faster then others) Including industrial lights in factories, parking lot lights, etc.
But it is known for the cheaper hid kits to take a dump rather quickly.
Id also mount your ballasts someplace hidden.
Dunno if audio+ is a shop you work for or just something you and your friends thought would be cool with the driveway installs you do.
But as constructive critisizem (sp) it looks ghetto fab.
The way I look at it is, "If a paying customer wouldnt be satisfied with it, you shouldnt be either".
Nah man, I don't work for Audio +, just get my shit there. That was the only place to mount the ballasts ATM, believe me I tried to find a better place to mount them. My kit was $170, so I don't think it is low quality, but I don't know

Amp rack loaded with ZX200.4 and SX650.1. Want $425 obo. Will include the SXRC for $20. Amp rack is 3/4" MDF. Blue Neons that were mounted under my car, so they have a little flicker in them. The amp is also posted separately. SXRC and ZX200.4 have boxes, will include them if desired
