Is Sundown Audio only a internet based company? Or do they have authorized dealers with a actual store front?

I need some suggestions here. I am looking for a amp that I can use daily. That will produce 3k-4k @ 1 ohm on 14 volts. My budget $700.00 So far I have been eyeing Diablo and Sundown.
