  1. In the forsale section here someone is selling a D9 from RD, I have no exp with them but they look great and for what he's asking it seems like a great deal. Look at all the threads pertaining to areaports and crx's and civic like vehicles. You'll see they almost all do numbers that even I have hard time understanding, there's something about small cars and those setups that are sick.

  2. I believe he has 2-solox's dual 2ohm(not sure what size) and a kicker 2500.1? So Im not sure your gunna see 150's unless you do a crx with area ports, you might see that with 91 civic hatch. It also depends on the build, like 1Low said you won't be able to just move it. I would rebuild it for the 91 but thats just me talking becuase I own 2 of them and love those cars.

  3. I really hate cars especially small ass ones for bass, but it's what i have to work with for now, so i put in 2 l brackets with screws cuz they came with them, and i could barely get 2 in anyway and one of them moves :(

Anyway this is about as good as it's going to get for this car (i've had this done for a while btw):

The bracket that doesn't quite hold because there is metal under it so it's just screwed into the carpet lol

I would definitely get some electrical tape around the ends of your wire or buy some distribution blocks for the 1 gauge to 4 gauge conversion.
  4. I bought the 15 farad Alumapro cap for 250.00(in 08) used for my Usa2000x and 4300x, waste of money! I ended up putting a kinetik 2400 in the rear which I got for 200.00 and never had a problem after that. This was in a 03 civic which I still ride today and as you know civics already have weak alts. Simply put, Do a big three upgrade and add a battery = Having a nice day! :)

  5. Well as some of you know Linux 9.04 just came out and I have messed around with older versions plus I use backtrack3 on a daily basis for my job. I have never dug deep into Ubuntu to see what it had to offer until 9.04. I have a Quadcore Amd box running sli with 4gb of memory and although windows is great for its compatibility with games and other software I see a trend with viruses that seems to be getting worse and worse.

So after reading about "Wine" a program that allows you to run a lot of but not all 32bit programs on Ubuntu I decided to install it 9.04 fully and run it native. The first thing I notice is that it boots almost immediately and is very robust. I haven't been able to get all the games and software that I use to work with wine but the fact that it's impossible to get a virus with linux(At least one that can do any damage) I think I am done with windows. If you haven't tried Ubuntu(Linux) before I highly recommend it. You can download it from ubuntu.com and burn it to disk and run it without installing it fully just to try it out.

Ps. It has built in firefox, openoffice, a torrent client, and a ton of other multimedia software built. You can't beat free!

  6. I am looking for a single 12" sub for my daily driver. I would like to get a TSS12" dual 2ohm voice but anything will do, but it must be able to handle a minimum of 1000rms. I running a USAmps 2000x on it so I need a sub that will be 4 ohm total. Pm me with what you have, keep in mind I only need one sub!
