I don't think they make that particular spoiler for your year. Wingswest probably has the best quality as in urathane and I dont see it for your year.

Technically, they can give a ticket for 5 over. Most police (Including my family) Only bother to give them out at 15 or more. So it's up to the police because we all know once they give one out trying to fight it in court will be difficult to win 98% of time. Unless the cop does not show up (Which almost never happens because its like a free day) or you can prove to the judge that you weren't.
Ive never seen classes of tickets in michigan.
