As of now he has 2 12" L5's We are going to build a box for them and see how they sound from there. He has them in the prefab boxes from Kicker right now. If that doesn't get to where he wants them, we will go big or go home probably. Any input on the enclosure size for 2 12" L5's? Ported. Listens to lots of rap, and some rock.

Will be getting it made this week. Just going to need to find a heated garage to put this on in. Damn Michigan weather

I just gotta talk him into DC. He's unsure yet because he hasn't heard of them before. I have, but I'm a Fi guy. I told him, why not go with 2 15"s rather than one that will take all the power from the amp. Guess I will show some vids.

Do you have any idea how much a 15" lvl 3 costs? Or a site to purchase from, i was on their site but really don't see anything about ordering

alright I am looking into them right now. As for box design, what would be the best? don't really want a wall, just something easy to get out when needed keep in mind. Subs up port up?

Thats what we were deciding. Most likely going to do that, just don't want it to look out of area with just a box and the rest of the back area empty... With that RF amp he has, the birth sheet claims around 1300rms at 1 ohm. I was thinking of telling him to go with a 12" Fi BL. What other options do you think for the budget?

If I can get his permission I'd proudly put it on my car. I have a close friend that makes Vinyls for his income, so I figure I'll have him do it.

I was thinking about taking the SMD logo at the top left of the forum pages (Street Motivated Devastation) and making it into a vinyl for my rear window on my car. Figure this could help get the word out and get some people to think. I need to know if this would violate and copyrights or if this is even copyrighted, because I am really interested in putting this on my rear window as a banner. Thanks

We are planning on building a system for my friends 95' Ex. Cab Silverado. He currently has 4 10" JBL subs under the back seat in a small box. He only has around 5.75" of mounting depth so that shot Fi out of the question. He want's something louder and cleaner, but doesn't want to sacrifice the entire back area. He has Rockford Punch 1000w amp to work with, so any subwoofer that can handle that power and would sound loud and clean could be possible. What do you recommend to put into this truck? We'd like to keep the budget for sub/enclosure around $500 USD Just need some recommendations. Thanks

When I first got the Fi back in November, only on roughly 700w. 15" Fi BL hope to have it running 1500w RMS by March.
