Any suggestions?

Is this a good amp? http://www.soundstormlab.com/main/647 I am running (2) JL 12 W1's right now with a alpine 350w amp mono but It goes into protection a lot because I don't think it is 1 ohm or 2 ohm stable? I had to bridge my subs so that I could use that amp. Anyways I am going to sell that amp and get another one..... Not looking to spend too much, anything from $75-250ish. Thanks for the help in advance.
