i know. my boys were trying to get me all hyped up to rush the guy but forget that. a beating might feel good for a little while but in the long run it only would have made the situation worse. then there would have been cops and drama and that's not my thing. the way i see it, it got resolved the best way possible. i literally got every belonging returned to me, something that should about equal the value of a new lock, and he's not allowed in my complex anymore.

don't have pics. i'm just glad everything worked out without anything else negative happening. i got my stuff back, he's not allowed in the complex and i'm satisfied with that. beyond that, i don't really have anything else to say.

it would have been nice to smash him, but i don't need the heat. if he's going to give it back peacefully, i'm not going to resort to violence. now if he'd acted crazy it would have gotten nasty. i asked nicely and let him know that i knew for a fact he had my stuff, and if he didn't hand it over, i'd come in and take it. i know who he is. he's got big problems and he's crazy enough to put up a fight but he knew this wasn't one he was going to win considering the situation he was in.
i gave him the choice. give it back or i'll take it. at least he was man enough to hand it over without anything having to go down. besides he's not allowed in the neighborhood anymore so it's all good. like i said, he's crazy but not that crazy.

quick update. got my shit back today. turns out it was a friend of one of the local bums. he gave me his addy so i went and got my stuff back. he didn't put up a fight so it was quick and painless. on the plus side, i also got a brand new watch from the dude. i'm gonna pawn it to pay off what it's going to cost me to fix my door. problem solved.

so i got home a little while ago and saw that someone had broken into my apartment. they stole my 360 and a bunch of games, my ps3, some jewelry, an hid kit i had bought for my girls car, and worst of all, all my brand new fucking audio equipment that i had in the living room. i was planning on installing it all tomorrow. they stole 2 sets of rf components, my re sub, and my rockford 5 channel. of course, no one in my complex saw anything. the fucked up part is it happened in broad daylight in the early afternoon. i'm so fucking pissed right now.

turtling is too good in this game. and some of the match ups are boring as shit. decent game but not worth all the wait. hopefully they'll make some revisions and add some more characters.

thanks. i decided to order a set and see what i can do with them. i figure i can run them off the headunit since they aren't rated for a whole lot of power. now i just need to figure out where to put them!

well, for $100, which you said was your budget, it's a decent option. if anything, save up.

run it at 4ohms and ease up on the gain if anything. any amp can blow up your speakers if you aren't careful. it's not like it's way too powerful. it's strong enough. that's it.

nope. that'll work just fine. it's a lot easier than running new speaker wire into the door, but if you have the time and desire you might as well.

instead of upgrading to a power accoustic, save your money and get something worth the bread. and upgrade to 4 gauge power cable too. that 8 gauge will be cutting it real close.

stay away from cheaply made amps. cheap means bogus numbers, horrible efficiency, terrible sound quality, and a very short life span. how much are you looking to spend? and what do you have in the car now? gauge of wire ran to the sub, make and model of sub, amp powering sub, type of car etc?

it's not what you spend, it's what you get. shit i'm running 2 sets of cdt comps and they don't get as loud as your set up.
