[who else is making alternators on here?]

Im not flaming anyone here, but have you guys noticed or its just me but the huge increase in alternator problems ie. contacting the company, faulty alt, alt not producing rated power, even the amount of time to get one built and shipped. I think people need to realize that these things take time to get built, require specific parts that at anytime could run out or be in short supply, I just love reading all the flaming alt topics being posted ROFL/

well like i said i havent been on the forum for a few months so what everybody else is doing is irrelevant to me right now! and im far from a NON potential buyer i would'nt be contacting them if i didnt need one. i have sent messages and emails and have gotten no response back. and in no way am i flaming any company i may be buying from. im going to try and give them a call since nothing else was working. so thanks for the info

and the reason i said that it "seems" like there having trouble is because i have been off this forum for a while but i came back on to get another alt i see people are complaining in there sections and by not geting a response back i figured it may be...

so you gonna run 1 AQ to each sub(2200wrms) or you will get 2 more AQ strap them and run 4400wrms to each sub?

Lol 2 aq2200's strapped "on 2" xl's... I'm just looking to get answers before I place an order today, depending on what is said will help me choose between these 2 since I haven't heard neither in person. So your advice does matter lol

This is for a pair! I wouldn't run these on a single xl. Also what would be the difference between the btls and the xl's on this amount of power, & sound wise?

how much rms can i put on a 300 amp alt and 2 d3100's? would 2 saz2000's be fine without any voltage drop?

Id go with the Two Fifteens it has a slight more cone area then the 3 12s but that all depends on how well that box is build

3 12's=339.292

2 15s=353.4292

and if you build a proper box and get another 3K you'd have 6K... 3K for each woofer then you'll be BUMPING.that and there are always other 3ks amps out there so dont worry if you cant find tha DC one.

yeh i think ima go with the 15's and i can allways go with sundown for the amps! my plan was to go with 1 3k watt amp and then get another later on also. thanx guys
