looks like ill be going with stinger.. on the plus side they make everything wiring i need so it keeps it all one company!

well i remember some companys having some off brand stuff like kinetik has another battery they make just doesnt say kinetik. i just cant remember the name of it.
i am calling stinger tomorrow to see about some spv70s and i still have to call xs some time tomorrow hopefully.

alright well im currently stacking up things for my new bass race vehicle
2000 gmc yukon
12 18" fi ssd's
1 stetsom 14k (but still looking so not 100%)
200ft shok wiring
2-4 300 amp alts still looking iraggi or dc
still looking for hu and speakers and such
but i need batteries without breaking the bank. ill most likely be running 8 with the chance of adding more as i have more cash.
can someone recommend me some good budget batteries?

but i still think going sealed with 32 12s should still move some air. might also make it easier on subs as soon as i find someone willing to sell me some lol

It's a shame about the DC amps. The quality and aesthetics are top notch. Rusty really should order more of them. Now that RD isn't using the build house OR the heatsinks, DC could make a bigger impact in the amplifier market without having to worry about stepping on anyone's toes.

well hopefully they did..
there will be a build log when i find a company for subs. iv been trying to call hifonics for over a month with no calls back trying to pick up some hfi12s.
so lets try rusty on some lvl 1s and maybe some nice dc amps maybe even a sweet dc shirt if im really lucky!

i wanted to use the 2x4s as the box and just have the baffles be mdf. this way the cube will always be the same just different faces of sort.
ive seen most put mdf over the 2x4s but i was wondering if its really necessary if i put fiberglass over to make it smooth.
i will most likely be going sealed due to not knowing how to calculate a port. i usually use the internet for boxes this is my first really big build

im building a sealed clamshell for 32 12s can i make the frame of it 2x4s and then just have the baffles mdf? ill cover the entire thing in fiberglass to make it smooth and air tight. also what do i use to hold the floor of the frame to the van itself?

some times. my local scrap yard used to pay about 300 for junk cars so i would just buy one beat on it then junk it and get another.
anyone with more pics im really excited about getting this xb it seems there are quite a few mods that can be done for appearance.
my buddy suggested since i like the look of carbon fibre i should wrap the whole vehicle in carbon fibre. but i would only do it if the weave was just right.

How the heck do you go through 30+ vehicles in 3 years?!
95% of them were all under $500 and i went through about one a month.

yes sorry its an 04 not a 94 just hit the wrong key. if any one has any pictures that would be alot of help. all the systems i have seen on cardomain and such are all just fiberglass for looks i actually would like a decently loud system with still having good looks

looking to pick up a 94 scion xb in the next couple weeks. its something to put my daughter in and still modify to look ok.
my question is if any one has worked on these and what they have used for stereo wise.
im looking at ideas using alot of fiberglass but any thing is possible.
if anyone has any pictures please post them.

hey guys im new to the forum. i just picked up a full size ext cab chevy and am looking for some good box ideas.
im more looking into a wall but cant figure out what size subs/ how many subs i want to run.
can you guys post up some of yours so i can get an idea of what has been done and what worked the best.
