  1. well its all about being different, im sure the last thing you want is for some else to have the same stuff on their truck/car as you do. personnally i would go with the better ones, yeah they are more expensinve that means less ppl are probobly gonna have them...plus i bet they look alot better too.

To be honest with you I probably wouldn't be too mad because it tells me that they like what I have, but yea I agree I think I should pay the extra money to get the CCFL ones. I'm just gonna buy them from someone who accepts refunds/returns incase they suck.

  2. So I want to get some of these halo projectors for my Silverado 2008. A couple of months ago these things costed near $500, now I can get the CCFL ones for about $240-270 and the regular halo ones for about $140.

Is it worth the money to get the CCFL Halos? I've seen a few trucks around here with Halo's but never got any chance to ask them where or what they are, and they all look great.

Here is a pic of CCFL and the link to eBay.

  4. High frequency sounds of 2-4,000 Hz are the most damaging. The uppermost octave of the piccolo is 2,048-4,096 Hz.

Aging causes gradual hearing loss, mostly in the high frequencies.

SO SEEE bass no kills our ears is the damaging highs.

It's a good relief cuz even if it damaged my ears, I don't think I would give it up,

Also proof to people who say it damages you ears, so kids' Parents better make a better excuse ^_^

  5. they suck! sorry but i ordered about $1000 worth of swtuf from them for my buddys truck and they took forever. i didnt get the subs, amp, door speakers, wires, fuses, anything for about 2 months. and nobody has any answers and they are imposible to reach over the phone. the only time i got answers from them was when i threatend to report a credit card fraud claim. thats when they started to move there ass and get everything in the mail. im sorry you didnt see my other post about this before ordering, actually i think we should request that their banner be removed from this website to avoid more of us getting screwed. thats how i found out about them

That's not a banner, that's an "ad by google". I doubt anybody has control over that.

  6. you could if all your current hardware was compatible with the new motherboard(memory, socket type) But that is a very old computer isn't it?

If you do not know waht you are doing you can research it and watch people do it enough to where you feel comfortable building one or I would recommend going to cyberpc.com and having them build you one.

Yea this thing is older than the internet.

BTW, I just want to use this as a regular desktop PC to watch HD movies on Youtube, Music and stuff like that but no videogames.

  7. I've seen flinkster's thread about making your own PC. I was wanting to do this too, but was wondering what it all consisted of? After it is all connected and set-up does it startup up and your on yourway or no?

How about the Operating System? I would like to have Windows 7.

BTW, I know basically how to open up my computer (Dimension 2400) and everything just never knew what it took to build one. Can I just replace the motherboard on mine? will it be like new?

Sorry for being a noob.
