  1. I don't give a damn if the he's a woman if I like it I'll listen to it.

"Ballin' with my bloods, call it B-Ball." haha

Weezy = Wayne brah. Wayne's shit is cool, I wouldn't listen to him if he didn't spit such sick freestyles though. And this song is pretty good! Rockstar baby, now come to my room and get lock jaw baby. :clapping:

That's one thing Lil Wayne CAN"T do. He's good at writting rhymes and witty shit but he can't freestyle on the spot like others. Kid Cudi being my favorite do to his unique off the top freestyles.

  2. Well, on the iphone when it want's to tell you something you get a annoying Pop-Up completely interrupting whatever you're doing.

Android, and webOS has much nicer notification systems. Android has a notification slide-out bar which slides from the top status bar.

& webOS, (Which I think has the best Notification System) give you notification from the bottom, and tap on it to open it (Msg, or whatever) and if you don't want to open just ignore it.

    Edit: sp

  3. I know AT&T requires you to have a data plan for a smart phone, and if you have a regular "Dumbphone" you can get unlimited for $10 if you're one Family Plan with Unlimited Msgs.

I was wondering if anyone here knows if I can use the Nexus One with that unlimited family data plan. I've seen some ppl do and some get a text saying they've been upgraded to the Smartphone data plan.

  4. for sure to each there own.. i like drakes music... T.I on the other hand i downloaded his mix tape and has to be the worst thing to ever touch my ears... i listen to part of each song and each one got worse... just my $0.02

X2, I think I liked 1 song off T.i.'s new mixtape but the rest is crap imo, he may have a few good flows packed in there but he doesn't sell it..

& drakes "clever" flow is one reason why I listen to him.

  5. If you're going to get one get a referbished Macbook instead. They come with the same warranty as a new MB and are around the same price as a loaded Mini. The Mini (and iMac) are both laptops. While they don't share the laptop form factor they share the same parts.

Mini and iMac? You mean Mini and Macbook?

Edit: Oh, and Macs are plenty fast for me. Especially when this is a Mini. Windows can't run this good on a computer so small

  6. Alright... SO I got my Mini and Wireless Logitech DiNovo Keyboard now (Which I recommend compared to Apples Wireless Keyboard for many reasons). And I have 4 words: I Am In Love. MAN is this thing FAST! I got the 2.26 GHz with 2 GB RAM and it opens applications like nothing!

Second, I like this Mac interface. Although I'm still getting used to it, it feels easier to me. One thing that's a little confusing the when you push "X" to close a window it doesn't necessarily close, it minimizes/resets it. To close it you have to go through the top task bar and quit the program or right click it on the dock and click quit. Also the top Bar "Adjusts" to the program you're using, which is another little detail that's different. To those interested in Mac go to the Apple Website and watch the videos showing the basics of Mac and making it easier for you to switch from Windows to a Mac.

I definitely recommend Mac to those who haven't tried it. And if you have an outdated computer, then getting a Mac Mini will definitely be an upgrade.

YouTube 720P plays smoothly. I'm surprised there isn't vids showing the Mac Mini playing HD YouTube/Online content.

Any specific questions feel free to ask.

  7. Cool, congrats! Once you get familiar with the mac, can you make a post of what OS you like more and why? I'm thinking about making the switch too

No prob! This is my very first time EVER using a Mac but I'm pretty good with getting the hang of technology. I've used Windows 98, XP, Vista, & 7 (Which is nice IMO).

I'll be playing with every button and function all day when it comes this upcoming week and tell y'all what I think of it in this thread.

  8. Right now I have a Dell Dimension 2400 (Old school - base model - nothing special). I was wanting to get with my first Mac operating computer, and thinking of going with the Mac Mini 2.26 GHz and 2GB RAM. Is it good for daily tasks (Youtube, uploading pics, surfing the web, etc.)? Or should I go with another Dell Desktop, (Probably an Inspiron with 4 GB RAM and Intel® Pentium® dual-core E5400 2.7GHz)for about the same price with a monitor?

Does the mac mini play Youtube Vids in HD?

Any complaints or likes from users?
