Well got my new AB 1100.1 12v amps damn they are big, makes a xxv goliath look tiny. Now the fun starts, putting these beasts in lol. Better clamp more than my goliaths or there will be a camp fire My goal is to do 160db And finally got off my ass and made the port bigger well big as I can go. gained .5db with old amps>

That 300a alt looks like the 3 I have From what I can see in the video, probably not same alts. Maybe same case.

I'm not mad at anyone, and I'm not out to be better then everyone else. I have my own goals as do everyone else. I'm a bass head just like everyone else and we're all on the forum for the same reason....it's something we all enjoy. We like to talk about our builds, brag about our wins, be down about our losses, and talk about what we like best. I'm not saying DC's are better and everything else sucks....just that they did me well. I have nothing against burp cars, there awsome in there own way....I just dont like to feel belittled by there owners.

at what level? sales? marketing? testing? R&D? company worth? As much as I love my subs and the DC company (all 3 people!) they are not near those companies in many regards. DC is getting by right now by making solid products, really good prices and having spectacular customer service. Those other companies get by using their names, regardless of how good or bad their products are. That is why you pay so much for their products, it IS the name. Lots of it is really good stuff too, but still it's the name. Let's hope the DC and SA and lots of others like them don't get to the point they are just selling their name. Hell no

OK lets clear things up. First off my build is a hobby, it play's fucking music not a fucking berp car. Big difference. This post was not who's subs are the best i dont give a I whent to a show, I won first in my class and first for loudest there. Wow big deal not to you but means alot to me. I best just park and watch like I normally do. Oh....and I do spl on the dash not the floor so lets see....I do a 159.2 on the floor "WOW". So I run dc. Hell I would run alot of diffrent subs but I picked what I liked. We all have diff taste. I guess right now I'm just ranting. I was just happy about my win, normally dont even compete.....felt like braggin a lil. I'm not actually saying that DC's are better.....they just did me well.

I would not use the amp without a heat sink on the output chip, it will over heat even with a fan, get a small block of aluminum for the chip.

Wow that is some good work

I've read that the adjustable spider is for the forward and reverse bais. More forrward is more for spl. Never really touched them...moved them hear and there but didn't really notice anything.

2 240 amp alts with overdrive pully's 42mm external voltage regulator 13-16v 26 cube tuned 30 hz, 200in^2 port (small....yes) 3 deka intimidators, and 1400 kinetic up front Hey small ports kick ass, I only have 135in^2 for 13 cubes. And I can play just about everything, loud. LoL small port= loud

This is with Visonik V900,and the strokers (153.8db music) will put up updated vid's in the spring with Goliaths and DC's. I am positive, hands down my new set up will kill this setup. Enjoy.
