  1. Im not flaming anyone here, but have you guys noticed or its just me but the huge increase in alternator problems ie. contacting the company, faulty alt, alt not producing rated power, even the amount of time to get one built and shipped. I think people need to realize that these things take time to get built, require specific parts that at anytime could run out or be in short supply, I just love reading all the flaming alt topics being posted ROFL/

    end rant

  2. Name the series because it brings you to the entire lineup. The F line looks like its one of Sonys power thirsty lines, nice i7, lots of ram, storage SSD capabilities, didnt take a look at the graphics, but battery life just sucks on them. Are you looking for a desktop replacement? They will be hard for day long computing unless you are plugged in somewhere.

  3. The nexsus One is a little steam engine, its a lot better hardware than the droid, however support is minimal as you have to go through google, and only recently its being offered through carriers. My second choice would be the Droid, and tied for third the HTC HD2 and the Palm Pre Plus. Something to consider, it is very likely for Palm to get bought out in the near future, horrible quarterly results have put them in some trouble.

  4. yeah I dont think I need someone telling me wrong shit when I spend some leisure time over on overclock.net and extreme systems, not into the crazy oc's but just learning stuff. My front and side fans suck in air and the back and top are exahust and it does the job dont notice crazy temps during load and thats with the stock intel hsink

  5. been considering this phone for a while, probably gonna get it when it comes to verizon. anyone have one? what are your thoughts on it?

I do not have it but I keep up in cellphone business and this phone is probably the best and most advanced android phone out there right now. Vey comparable to the Iphone and a few guru's such as Leo Laporte have dropped their Iphones for the Nexsus One. Many features of google, including google maps, work amazing on the phone, definitely worth it. The only thing however that I have heard is Google's tech support, since Google is a search engine at heart, their tech service isnt the best. You'll have to wait for an email that could possibly take hours to days to get back, whereas other places you could just go to the store or call. Other than that, def. worth it!

  6. Great write up! When you mentioned that Nexsus One has only part multi touch I believe that is only for aps such as Google Earth, corect? I was pretty sure that Apple pissed Google off a few weeks ago and the next day Google released an update opening multi touch to the phone. I have heard however a few complaints with multi processing on the Nexsus one that it crashes and can take an extended amount of time to restart, this I believe is a problem that they will have to adress down the road.

    But excellent write up!

  7. My PC, need some advice on what I should get for my front fan, and side fan even tho side fan is a big mofo and curved but to keep the dust from getting sucked in as right now every 2-3 weeks theres a layer of dust. Also Ive been lookin into the Megahelm rev B heatsink, but what size fan should I get for this sucker? and 1 or 2 for in and out effect?
