ok. i wanna try to make one. haha. and im out of money anyways im turning 15 in a couple months and this is gonna b my first car it was my moms old car im gettin it freeand its been sitting outside of my dads shop 4 about 10 years so it needs a lot of work put into it. im gonna have to put about $1000 into it just to make it street legal. its an 84 wagoneer, it needs a lot of body work theres a bunch rust spots and i wanna give it a new paintjob and its gonna need some new interior cause the old stuff its like a worn burgundy color and it doesnt look very good. its a huge project. and im wondering wat u mean about them bein aligned? so i cant put them in a square shape? i no i dont have enough room to have the aligned so im gonna have to use the 15s.

ok. cause thats one of the things im goin 4. thats why i want so many subs. haha

just wonderin r u able to do a hairtrick with that?

i think i might go with the 12s because i think that having more subs movin would look pretty sweet. but im gonna make 2 t line boxes that ll fit into my jeep. ill make one 4 the 15s and 1 4 the 12s i put watever is louder in. but im gonna need help with the box design. i understand the port stuff but wat is the rest of the box gonna b. how many cubes do i leave 4 the woofer that isnt the port?

could someone make me like a really quick paint diagram or like post a pic of the insides

ok. i was thinkin the t line could maybe go with the 15s then i can do sumtin with the 12s.or the other way around. if i dont use them in my car ill put em in my room. haha. the main reason i wanna have all 6 is cause i dont think that 2 15s or 4 12s can do a hairtick.

i have 2 fosgate p1 15s and 4 fogate p1 12s. i wanna put em in a t line box. i think i might tune it to about 40 hz. i have a slight understanding of the t line enclosure design. i think that i have about 580 cu in of cone area. i just dont know how long of a port to put on it and what the total box size will be. i think i have about 20 cubic ft of space without modifying which i really dont wanna do.

can anyone help me with the p1 12 box size and port tuning?

im trying to think of the measurments i got but i know i have about 18 cubic feet from my measurments i took. its in an 84 jeep wagoneer. my plan to set this up is to have one big box with 3 seperate chambers. im gonna have all the subs facing the back hatch. on the left in gonna have the 2 12s one above the other and the port in between then i want to angle them at a 45 degree angle toward the center of the hatch. then ill put the 15s in the middle one above the other and the port in between just facing the back. then ill have the other 12s the same as the other. ill work on a paint pic just to demonstrate.

im gonna but 2 and i want to make them ported. i have the p1 12s now and ive tried them in many different ported enclosures and they dont move enough and lose their power handling. i want to make a box 4 my 15s that will have a port but also let them get their normal excursion and power hanling. i want to do a hairtrick with them and 4 12s. if u can give me box sizes and port sizes that would help.

ive got an 84 wagoneer 4 door its a little smaller than the modern grand cherokee. and i cant run my subs ported they dont move much on like anything above 35 hz and ive tried tuning them to different ones and nothing really works. they dont move enough and then they start to get hot and i almost blew them because of this. so i dont think i can do ported unless i get different subs and i like the way mine sound.and since i dont really have much cash cause i just started workin i look 4 deals and crutchfeild has a deal on the 15in fosgate p1s and could i maybe do a hairtrick with 2 of those and 4 p1 12s sealed?

they r buy one get one free on crutchfeild and they are only 89.99so im paying like$45 a sub

i know my fosgates already move some air i had the window open all the way and i could feel air movin and i only have 2 but it wasnt very fast moving should i maybe just get 2 more p1 12?

do u think that the comps would be worth it tho? theyre only 70 bucks each. do they move enough?

or just buy 12inch kicker comps? i calculated the surface area and my fosgate and the comps only get to about half the area would that b enough 4 a hairtrick?

should i just wait and get 2 fi btl 18s?

right now i have an 84 jeep im only 15 and i just wanna make it sumtin to just show off to my friends. right now i have 2 fosgate p1 12s in it and its loud enough for now. i have about $300 that i can spend and i was lookin for subs that will help move more air and maybe make it louder. if i had the power i would probably get one of the fi 18s but the amps i have only have a max of about 600 watt but i have like 4 amps i can use would i b better off just saving my cash and gettin an 18 or 2 18s and have a high power amp?
