Cj18 is selling xs d3400 batteries for 200 a piece plus shipping. If you get 2 that's probably not far off of 500
I think the D3400 is to big for under the hood of my Toyota Solara.

I'm looking into upgrading batteries but I'm on a budget.
Right now I have a yellow top under the hood and a batcap 800 in the trunk.
I'm looking for more power.
I've done the Big3 and updated the alt to a 200amp.
I'm running 1 RF T1000, 1 RF T8004 & RF T5002
Which batteries should I get for under the hood and trunk?
My budget is no more than $500.

actually the T2's do pretty damn good, i beat on an already beaten on pair and they kept going strong
i say DC because rusty is the coolest MF!!!

sound better and louder id recommend a Fi Q or a Havoc
louder id look at a level 4 12, imo it will sound better also just not as good as a havoc

You were at an idle. Your alternator puts out less power at an idle than it would at say 2,000 engine RPMS. That could be the solution right there.

I have a RF T2 12" in a ported box by RF specs powered by RF T1000.
I'm looking to upgrade to a more powerful 12" woofer that I could still use the same box and amp.
What you guys recommend as an upgrade to the T2?

BTW, they work fine for small setups, but I burped 16k on them...bad idea
I'm in the middle of upgrading batteries to a Xs poers s3100 under the hood and D925 on trunk.
Will those batteries help regulate the RPM's from dropping?

Yes.You need to monitor the voltage of the vehicle while the system is playing. And from what I know about those Yellow Tops, once they have a heavy discharge from a big system, yeah they'll run the car, but they end up being useless quick and destroy the voltage of the entire bank.
What kind of amp are you running (and what car)? That'll give us a better idea of what might be happening.

When I'm playing the car stereo at s decent bass rate while the car is iddle I get a big RPM drop and car almost shuts off.
I have the big 3 done, yellow top under the hood, 220 amp h/o and batcap 800.
Does anyone know why the RPM drops? Is it a electrical issue?

I would recommend an S3400 up front, and a D925 in the back. Check out the chart below for more info:

In the engine bay I have a d34 yellow top and in the drunk Batcap 800 in the trunk.

Custom made rear deck with 4 8inch Beyma PRO 8MI Mid-Bass and BEYMA AST22 tweeters
and in trunk 1 RF T2 sub. The wiring you see on the pic has been hidden and clean up.

3 RF T series amps
T1000 for sub which is on top of the box and hidden
T4004 for front speakers and the 4 tweeters
T8004 for the 4 Beymas
As you can see on the pic you only see the 2 amps. We did not have room on the back panel for the T1000 so its hidden

they are Rockford FNQ i believe.....i havent taken them out yet though.

ive got one t2 12 and i am so tempted to get a second.... they are just amazing. i dont think i have enough room in the celica tho.
Same here I have 1 T2 12 with RF T1000 amp and it hits. I wish I could add another but no trunk space for 2

I'm looking into a different set up for my 2004 Toyota Solara.
Right now I have TRD lowering springs with 20x8.5 wheels and 245-35-20 tires with the addition of my enclosure its rubbing the rear.
I was looking at the TEIN coilover set but its aroun $1200 plus installation.
My other choice will be to put bags how much would a bag set up be?
