[Would the dewalt 18-volt cordless circular saw work on 3/4 mdf?]

I use the Makita 18v cordless one, And I like it more than my table saw, and my corded saw.

I ripped a 2in section for a guide, then just clamp it down with some c clamps and rip away.

I can make my own jig im sure, but if the whole point of using the router is to save time, why spend time making the jig?

Anyways, I got about 6 rings to make per door, so it looks like Ill have a fun filled day of sawdust.

Also, what does everyone use to cut out their rings?

If I went the router way, Id have to order the other small Jasper Jig, if I go with a jigsaw, I risk my imperfections showing with I wrap the fleece, but then again, I guess thats what bondo is for?

Well like I said, that was my first time trying to use a roundover bit, I mainly use the jasper jig but I wanted to play around.

I had a router I used mainly to cut woofers with using a Jasper Circle Jig, it took foreverrr. I was using a cheap-o 60 dollar Ryobi router, and a harbor freight upcut bit, which was more of the slowdown, the weak router or the bit?

Anyways, I want to try to roundover edges and stuff, but everytime I try, I just fail miserably, it is easily the tool I suck the most at, here is an an example of a 3/4 roundover bit used on 3/4in MDF by yours truley.

Any tips of things I can do to help my router skills?
