I know Audacity allows you to export a sound file as a MP3 with a plugin from their site. If you don't have Audacity, don't bother, but if you use it to cut/edit it could just take a step out of the equation.
i think you forgot who ASKED the question lol.
But yeah audacity has the ability to export a mp3 from supported music files.

I've been doing everything this past week. She had bad allergies, then sickness (morning, noon and night) and then got the damn flu. All being @6.5 weeks. It SUCKED. It gave us a bit of a baby scare too, but she is better and the baby is better now. I can handle it as long as she and the baby are OK. I can suck that up no prob. Gonna' be a change for sure. She prob. won't be working anymore b/c she makes so little $ it would be like paying (daycare) to work. So things will get tighter. But that is fine too.
I can't explain it- but before I was worried about everything (job, house, $$, hobbies, etc....) but now I'm not worried. Like things will handle themselves as long as I man up.

When he lights up when he sees me its the best feeling in the world.

It's the best feeling in the world Bro. Just be prepared for the first couple of nights(maybe weeks if she has a c-section) Having to do EVERYTHING. After the baby starts to sleep throught the night its a breeze.

dude i listened to cd's of all my chopping and screwing days from like ten years ago and i SUCKED back then.
I only REALLY got back into when i starting lurking around this forum. I never knew how mainstream it became and how widespread it got FROM TX. I only screw and chop music that i cant find the way i like it. Sometimes its not slow enough or the chops are too fast.
So i go back to getting down on my songs.
I dont want to thread jack. I posted this a while back but the link was deleted due to inactivity.
This is my version of dirty diana.
Now while some people might not like the way it sounds but again i did it MY liking.
Some of the chops are off because i still get carried away with the crossfader but i was JUST getting back into doing it after a long period of time that i didnt.

You can either chop the music when its fast and then slow it... or slow the music and then chop it.
Mixvibes pro v 3.11 was a good program but you have to figure out how to record. Some computers i've used can, some cant.
Before you attempt it understand what im talking about when i say counts.
If you can figure out the bpms you can adjust the bpms on each song on virtualDj and it will chop the songs perfectly.
Good luck and dont let it discourage you.
When you can chop your own music and people like it... its a GREAT feeling.

I love the way your tempo vs. pitch works. For me i like it a bit slower but there is nothing wrong with what you do.
I've always been into a slower speed just BECAUSE of DJ screw(in audacity slowing the speed lowers both pitch and tempo for those who dont know.)

Basicly with that type of chop youre chopping a chop. or counting in 16ths(i think)
But yeah the chops in this video are perfect.
