MY DOOR LOCK wire is always constant but i just need pulse to lock door can you help me

How can i turn a constant 12v to a single pulse 12v any help is appreciated.

it didnt work now that i think about i had same problem with aftermarket headlights it said if vehicles required 12v to power lights connect red input wire or if it operates on switch negative connect white output wire what does that mean

well am going to wired it up like that if they burn up o well like i said they were free thanx everydody

are inputs like positive and outputs like negative ?

i know this are weird leds but thats what the paper says they were free so its alrite
