where is hte 8" thick box comming from? its going to be around 1 1/2 feet thick. i can afford 2 btl's and all the stuff for them...4 is just way to much. my dad was also admitted to the er lastnight so money is probably going to be tight anyways. it might just end up being two bl's on 2000rms...

im also only 17 with a part time job. unless im planning on selling one of my nuts im going to have to stay with 2 18's at the most i also still need SOME trunk space which is why i want the wall

well i already have the 2 12's in a box. maybe just put those in the wall with some speakers? i might just sell the 12's to help pay for the 18's and all the cost that come with them..

ive made all the measurements and its going to be 3/4inch mdf... im going to put my 12's on the sides right now and sometime in the future two btl 18's right in the center. any one here have experience? also im thinking of rollon or spray on bed liner for the covering...but maybe vinyl is a better idea?

I picked up an alarm about a year ago from the local auto zone for somewhere around $50. Its a simple black box you mount under the hood with a positive and negative wire running out. simply hook it up to the battery and your done. how it works is off voltage changes. for instance, when you open the door, the dome lights come on(voltage change) it comes with 2 remotes that have 2 buttons on them. it has a shock sensor in the alarm but...if a harley thats loud enough goes by it gets set off ( if this is in a parking lot it becomes a boy who cried wolf kinda thing and people ignore it when someone finally does open the door) all you have to do it press arm then the second button on the remote and it turns this off. i leave the doors unlocked so people dont break the windows, the second they open the door it goes off. no broken windows nothing stolen for over a year now.
just thought id let you guys know about it.

yeah. its got some small dents from the last owner. but i take really good care of it and it gets cleaned 3-4 times a week. its my baby.
