By far the greatest video I have ever seen.

Don't 68 bugs have generators instead of alternators?

box looks good. great workmanship.

I love my 1100. It is simply amazing.

The main deciding factor is actually the mid range driver since the coil on the tweeter is so small. It has a small effect on the overall impedance. Since they aren't playing the same frequencies, their impedances don't add together. So I think you'll be fine with what I said.
Edit: Spelling
thank you

Ahh my bad, I understand now. I believe you would need to get a 2-Channel amp that outputs 100 Watts RMS X 2 Channels - (1 for each crossover) @ 4 Ohms. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Edit: Here's a Rockford Punch that would suit those, Just to give you an idea of the specs.
see thats what I thought at first. Then when looking at the crossover it has inputs for the tweeter and woofer, which would mean 100 watts to the woofer and a seperate 75 watts to the tweeter if running two amps. Since I'm only running one amp, I was wondering how a 100 watt channel @ 4ohms can feed a 100 watt woofer and 75 watt tweeter.
-
Oh okay, well what 2 channel do you have? You can't really control how much power you feed it, except for lowering the gain if the amp is too powerful.
How much is your 2 chan. amp rated at 4 ohms?
I dont have the 2-channel yet. I'm asking so I can find out what power range the amp needs to be.
-
Are you tryin to feed power to the subs through the T1000BD? Or do you have a 2-Channel or a 4-Channel
I'm trying to see how much power I need to send to the new T1652-S set from a 2-channel(not in my sig)
-
Just got mine today and was wondering how much power I should feed into the crossovers. I'm running one amp to feed both the woofers and the tweeters. The woofers are 100rms and the tweeters are 75rms. Now my question is do I feed 100 watts or 175? I assume ohms stay at 4 when using one amp.

I use to get it all the time when I was younger. One year I had it 3 times. It really sucks the big one. Get some rest bro.

i have an 18 in fi btl sub i just bought 4 days ago, i have a 2007 jetta with a small trunk. i have 22in long x 20in high x 36 wide. is this enough airspace? what side do i need to put speaker on? could someone help me design this box?
is that your trunk size, or the size of box you can fit? I hope you realize that just because your trunk is that big doesnt mean that you can fit a box that size once its made. You have multiple options with a trunk, you can face sub and port towards trunk, both face forward, sub forward port through deck, ect...

my suggestion is dont use crutchfield unless you like overpaying for stuff

I was trying to keep it simple. I don't really use my cruise control, and I was thinking that it would be cool if I could just hit the button, pull the leaver, rev my engine up and let go. When I was done I could just hit the button or tap the brakes and I'm back to normal.
-
Has anyone ever heard or preformed a mod on there cruise control, which would allow you to set your RPMs in park or neutral? I would really like to know how this is done. Thank you.
