    so now i am thinking i should just take out the old port dont have enough room to make it long enough to ge to 33/35hz== and do a new one but go with two-4'ports like 11'long does that sound about right to get it tune to 33/35hz and thanks again for your help

    Look up torres's box calculator right here on SMD. That way you learn to do things for yourself and stop asking us so many questions.

    i did look up torres's box calculator and idn what i did wrong but it wont load 4me i have tryed 6times with it. anyway thanks 4your ''''help'''' there buddy-- i did not no asking 4help would piss u off so much/// but thanks 4your input--

    i have the boston-g5/12' svc-in the box the man that done the box works at a shop that sells boston subs and this is what he built me and told me thats the box thay shoud be in-- but it sounds like shit on anything i play. this was a gift from me for a good friends sun on his-b-day- and i would like it 2sound good but ant shure what 2do to the box 2get it right..i have a boston gt28 runing the subs at2o at the amp and the hiend has a boston amp runing all boston 6.5comps in all 4doors the mid/top sound dam good bass like shit/// if any one can help me out with this it would be great--and again thanks 2all who have replyed 2this.

    so how long do i need the port 2b to get 35hz and if i keep it 6'x6'then how long would that make the port thanks again for your help any help would be nice i would like 2get this done 2day i have the port out now so if someone can tell me how long the port needs 2b i can get this done asap---and thanks again

    whats the best way 2change the tune of the port---make it longer r what// and whats a good tune 2go with-like 30/32hz does that sound right/// and i can take the port out of the box just 14bolts in it// any help with this// thanks

    i just got me a new set of FI ssd-18''subs -- who has any good box info for them what thay like-4a-box-and port and what kind of power can thay take-everday-- its going in my 4d-2000explorer--any help would be nice---and--thanks alot for any info u give.

    Ok I just got the subs shipped back to Rusty and the amp shipped back.

    Getting a sundown 1500 and just going to get the subs reconed. I probably won't be putting this stuff back in my RamCharger. Thinking a 1988 S10 blazer.

    whats it going to cost you to have the amp and subs fixed-- i would hope thay took care of there customers if it was not your fault the amp went up in smoke and took the sub with it-----i would just like to no if thay took care of you---

    the autotek mx5000--only makes like-1200watts x 2--at 1ohm =2400watts thats like 300rms ea sub all i had was two batcap 300 and a 130amp alt i did not have a problem at all with keeping the volts up-- had a set of 6.5'' comp's in ea door off a -ppi-pc 2150--it was very loud--the box was --10cf--before port and bracing-- i think i had like 8.6cf net
