    Alright So I Have This Old Boss 2000 Watt Power-drive Amp, And It's Messing Up, Sometimes It Will Make The Left Speaker Hit Harder ANd The Other One Barely Moves, Ad Then Its The Other Way Around. sO i BARELY have The Gain Up So I Decided That I Was Gonna tTurn Off The Bass Boost On The Amp, And The Left Speaker Just Started Flexing Crazy, And Then The Right One. SO I Turned The Gain All The Way Down Almost 20 Percent And U Can Barely Hear The Bass At All. I Have No Idea What Is Wrong With The Amp, But I'm Getting Rid Of It And Im Goin With A 2010 Hifonics Class D Amplifier Which Should Be Better For My System , And less strain on my alternator since the old boss amp is a 2 channel.

    having boss was your first mistake....and that hifonics is going to put out more power and therefore draw more current putting more strain on your alternator

    So I finished my enclosure for the most part this morning. Was all ready for beat....... then whattttttt...The subs had/have so much excursion on such little volume....and it sounds horrible (NOT LOUD AT ALL)....what would cause this?

    what are the dimensions of your box?

    Thanks man. Yeah my mom definately told me I wouldnt be able to talk to her at all if I wanted to move on anytime soon. Even though there was an inbalance somewhere we had so much fun together & we even talked about a future together. We thought it was meant to be but she didnt want me to settle on her without dating other people to see if she was what I really wanted. I mean, there is almost no better way she could have gone about it & I respect that. & I think it will be a while before I date or anything just because I need to focus on some other things like my college, and starting a business. I think I need to figure out my future before bringing someone else in with me.

    stay busy, whether it's taking extra classes, finding another hobby, picking up extra shifts, or helping a buddy move, downtime is what really gets you after these kinds of things, stay busy and who knows, you might meet someone in your new classes or by working more, or whatever you decide to fill your time with

    is anyone else on here a fan of these? minibikes, gokarts, and homebuilt goodies! ive always been a fan and am planning on making my first trike in the next few weeks!! i just wanted to know if anyone owns/has built any minis, karts, or other?

    if my grandparents let me come over today i will take pics of a 4wheeler my grandfather just made, its just SICK. lil 200cc 4wheeler frame, with everything else from different sources, and a little lawnmower gas tank, its just sick!

    we fabbed and raced our own go-carts a few years back...500 twin polaris snowmobile motor on one of our carts and a 340 single polaris snowmobile motor we converted to run on alcohol...they were some mean little karts

    The recipe i have is a little different than that...

    it is....

    1 Gallon Apple Juice

    1 Gallon Apple Cider

    7 Cinnamon Sticks

    4 Cups Sugar

    1 Liter Everclear

    Boil everything, except everclear, until cinnamon sticks lose flavor.

    let cool a bit then mix in the everclear..

    I guess in wisconsin we like our booze =/

    this is the average drink:) if we feel like getting trashed we dump in two 1/5ths :) (1.5L)

    Alright i've taken to making this and drinking this alot lately and have been surprised by people not knowing what this is so here's my recipe:

    1 gallon of apple cider

    1 gallon of apple juice

    3 cups brown sugar

    6 cinnamon sticks

    1/5th of Everclear

    Mix the cider and juice into a large container with the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks, and bring it to a simmer for around two hours. Once the two hours are finished remove from heat and wait for it to cool. Then mix in the 1/5th of Everclear and STIR WELL. Pour into bottles or mason jars for the country feel or just into a plastic cup to drink.

    *BEWARE* Pure everclear can and WILL melt plastic so watch your mixture and don't measure out the Everclear in a plastic measuring cup.

    Hope you guys enjoy it because you can barely taste alcohol if at all and it will mess you up. :) Possible substitutes for the Everclear is moonshine if you have the access if not a bottle of 151 will do the trick as well.
