okay that one sub is wired to 1 ohm so im assuming theyre wired in series which would bring it down to .5 ohm

oh okay well those ports do look small and if thyre not wired to .5 ohm then idk the only thing i can think of is that the shop hooked up only 1 vc on each sub lets get some more pics to work with and i live in shively louisville if youre ever over this way hit me up man i love to actually see local audio guys

where at do you live in louisville i could give it a peek im a youngin only 17 but believe it or not a no good amount plus a demos always appreciatedSubs are 1ohm as well.
and are they dual 1s or dual 2s wired to 1 ohm

JailBreak it and throw some Nes rom's on it and you will have a old school NES in a hand held version. I did mine and luv it.

there are aftermarket filters you can find specifically for that truck that already have one or you can buy a kit with a new one and its just drill a hole and put it in and hook it up

stay with the wall its way more badass and plus youre gunna loose that space anyways with the box just give out your measure ments and someone will designh you a box there are some xtremely smart people on here with google sketchup:P

yeahh i was the same way 250 bucks for something cus u can touch it to play when i can get a sansa for 50 but my bro bought one and now im addicted aha
oh and btw for headphones you can get sme skullcandys for cheap at fye by me idk what is around you and put on the bass boost and be good
or radious makes a pair call atomic bass that kill skull candy on bass and they have amazing quality thyre around 30-40 just as good as the 80 buck ones you mentioned at least just not a popular name kinda like fi or something there not mainstream lol

i may not be in because i dont get a good job till this next summer im working on my welding certification at the moment and i start at a machine shop next summer where i have family working making 12 an hour plenty for me to start a nice build but ill just rep for the real members until then

yeah I would agree with that decision...I would only use my own car as a test first...thats what I did, then I moved on to my family/friends cars, then i started installing for neighbors etc....once you get the hang of it and realize its really not hard, id expand.
yeahh thats exactly what i did for subs and h/us etc. you get the point but ive never run accross someone wanting a alarm installed before ill hafta save up for my own and give it a try

i hooked my lightning audio 10 in a small truck box to my friends 1000 watt hifonics amp and it slammed harder than his 2 alpine tyoe r 12s but the type arrgghhss were being underpowered so i cant judge too much im just giving a comparison

some guy local is looking for someone to put in an alarm speakers and subs and amps ive done it all except the alarm how difficult is an alarm to install i mean is it something you would recommend doing for your first time on someone elses car
and also how much would you charge for each
speaker install
sub/amp install
alarm install if you think i should
btw its an lcd alarm if tht helps

i reall aint sure but convected felon has a build with two 15s and its killer just send him a pm and hell prbly tell you what he paid and all that i think the title of his build is 8 lil bitty amps and 2 DD 9515zs or somethin like that

alright im doing an install on an 03 lancer today nothin big just storebought box subs nd h/u and all tht good stuff
any pointers and also does anyone know if this list is correct because he said he bought an install kit but idk if it has a harness or just the plastic piece to make his h/u fit

im buying 2 memphis mojo 15s and a mojo 4000d mono amp all ran at 1ohm in a 8 cubic ft ported box
sounds like a good plan to me memphis is some loud stufff

i dont really have a huge oppinion because ive heard some mojos and they are beasts they kill most mainstream subs but from what ive seen in videos those lvl3 12s can do some work mane
