Sup John lol . As far as power i will be running 2 DD Z1s strapped or If i can get my hands on 2 IA 40.1 that would be my choice. As of now I have DD Z1 but I have tell march to find anther DD Z1

what are your goals for this?
150 on the dash playing music. right now I have a DDZ1 I am selling and got a IA 40.1 lined up then I will snag another 40.1 when I see one posted for sale. If I can't sell my Z1 i will just buy another Z1 and strap them

Well Last year I did a wall I did ok doing a 157 on the dash. Not bad but I got out of that build and had plans for a new trunk car I had my eye on. a 1994 bonnaville SSEi with a nice size trunk. I run midwestspl and we have a new class for trunk cars only where music is metered 12 inches from the passenger window. SO this is a start to my build more pics to come.
Going into this are 2 15" new DP's
New 270 amp ALT
Dropped in a new HC-1800 for under the hood
The shell of the box that will be sealed off from the trunk I got a lil over 10 cubes after displacement
added 2 sheets of birch all around so it won't be as heavy if I used MDF.
This is a bad shot before I added the battery braceing but I 2 HC-2400s on each side
Front view I used the spare tire well in install 2x4 braceing for the floor cant see it but it's there.LOL

Yes build it the way you want to. Take your time I am poor also trying to do a wall on a budget is hard lol if it sounds good to you thats all that matters PG was a good brand just not the same as the old days!!!

lol I was giveing eric shit about sundown last night and kinda pissed him off.lol but to cut the jokeing aside As much as I know about sundown there Better then AQ but to just have a new company like AQ already haveing to be compaired to sundown seem like aq is real close to sundown..both brands are top notch. Comeing from a guy that is leaveing his trusted mainstream brands like Kicker and Rockford. I would not have any beef with running a sundown and AQ setup together both FTW!

And again - I am not out to trash any products! The AQ amp IS less expensive so it is a great value product - seems to be well built all in all especially @ the cost.
Are you going to retest this when the new AQ3500.1 comes out this dec?

Its not that we get all uptight about jokes, but I mean he's a new guy (I hadn't seen that you were too, so welcome to the forum) and I personally don't want anyone getting the wrong impression about the forum or thinking that were all A$$holes or something to ppl with simple questions like that.
And I appolagise if I sounded to aggresive with my first answer.
Thats cool It hard to undstand how someone is just by chatting on a forum if you was at a event with me you would know i would be the first to help anyone out and at the same time joke about stuff

It was just a joke why make such a big deal about it? I did tell him how to drop the ohms I must of missed the part no jokeing in forum! if I would of JUST posted drop it then i can see what your saying but I did say how to drop the ohm make a joke here and get hammerd about it.. ok back to the real world for me
