  2. Finding ways to bend it without worrying about unloading issues can be a pain too. I've recently started playing with aeros and I have been getting a lot of feedback on this too. So I made it 5 inches external with a "beauty box" around the port so I just don't have tube sticking out.

If external port isn't a problem or you already have something in mind, my apologies, just throwing some flags out there that I have found. :pardon:

i was thinking somethin like this

or this one hear but this one is sub up port sideways

  3. If you are only going to be giving it 500RMS then you are going to want to build a bigger, more efficient box. I would do 3.5ft3 after displacements if you can give it 1500s or more. If you only have 500w, I would do something in the 4.5-5 ft3 range after displacements. You will also want about 17-19 in2 of port per ft3. I have also found that in 1 and 2 sub setups in SUVs that firing the sub and port back is the loudest option. I would only fire the subs up if you have 4 and cant fire them back.

i'v been tryn to figure out something but all that a try they come out with to long of a port for it ?

  4. Yo man in blazers sub up port to drivers side is best, port back is good also but if you want those aeros to fit or if u dont want to bend your port which straight ports are always the best (better airflow then L-ports)then go with that, hopefully its not to late to plan ur box like this...

thats what i was thinking about doing but only one Q ? say my box is (H20xW18xD30)2 6" ports 24" long - 15" of them are out the side of the box facing the driver side that would be 4.52cu.ft 12.50 port area per foot 33.39 htz tuneing ... only 500wrms that why im thinking 4.52 cubes dose that sound like it will be bumpin hard ?
