how much does a d3400 cost. i can only find d3100's. will a d5100 fit.Your car uses a group 124R battery from the factory. The measurements are essentially the same as the D3400 except the positive is on the opposite side. Many times you can drop a D3400 in that spot and use the 555 I-BAR kit with the starting terminals closest to the rear of the battery and the cables will still reach and work just fine

i might get in on it if you guys start it back up.

Solo x's come with a mounting ring to use for shipping and carrying.
Two brad nails and a flush trim bit and you have a perfectly fitting hole. Maybe you should get one.
I still have the mounting ring, too.
solo x's are a little out of my price range. exspecially just so i can get a trim ring.

i contacted dc the other day. Damn, i didn't know that alts were that much. they had one that would fit my car, but they qwould have to do some work on it. it was a 270xp.also, you could contact DC Power or Mechman to see if they can make an alt for your car...

i have no clue what size it is it's probably what ever the hyundai aonota has, because they are basically the same car.Do you know what size the stock battery is? I can look it up at the office tomorrow and let you know what fits!

I would suggest replacing your starting battery with an equal sized XS Power (likely a D3400) and running a D680 in the rear right next to the amp as a little extra supplement to the amp. With the DC Power 270xp and these two batteries you will be in great shape!
i drive a 2007 kia optima with the 2.4l 4 cyliner motor. i don't think the 3400 will fit.

my dad has a table router. i could probably use his. a jigsaw was a pain in the ass. i had to comeback and sand the corners down to get it to fit right.

what is the best way to cut the holes for the l7's, i have one 12 now but want to make a 2 12 enclosure. the first time i justed a jig saw. but it didn't like the corners to much. also i was wondering if anyone know what kinda db i would get from a 3 to 4 cubic foot box with a slot vent and the subs facing up on a RF t1500bd

Actually, the XS Power D680 (same size as above) will produce much more power than 100 1 farad capacitors, and is good for up to 1,000W of power! Not to mention big supporters of SMD
They can also be purchased through Mechman, Darvex, ***, and many others trusted supporters of SMD
i was going for two kicker l7's for now with the t1500bd from RF. what battery do you suggest for that. i called dc power yesterday and they said that they can make me a 270xp for my car. with that do you think i need to charge the second batt at all or do you think the alt should do the trick.
-
i heard that the 600 was only good for like 700 watts of support.

I know that I will be asking some stupid questions about batteries but I am kind new to the whole thing. Right now I have a stock batt, a 12 kicker l7, a 3 farad cap and running about 900 watts rms. I want to upgrade to 2 12's, a bigger ported box and a RF t1500bd. I was wondering if I should get a large farad cap or should I go with a second battery. If I go with a second batt do I have to charge it? Or should I run another wire from my alt to it. If I do that will it drain my alt? I only have a stock alt because no one makes a Ho one. By the way it's a 2007 KIA optima 4 cylinder if anyone knows of any alts. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
