Steve I almost commented on the Lexus car show photo's because I spotted your iPhone 5, and no one said anything. I figured I would check and see if you had posted here before I said something there. I am waiting until my contract comes up in April to get mine. I went to android and I am going to go back. I just don't do as much of the customization as some others do. I love my android, but I still like the easiness of the iPhone.

I mean I believe you when you say about not a lot of fat. It just seems like to me that it is just needing to work out more, but maybe let a few more people chime in on it too.

I looked for one more, here is another I truly didnt watch the whole thing but I am thinking about maybe trying this one out. It is kind of hard to see, but looks like it is pretty good from what I saw.

I understand that. I know that it is mostly your diet and posture, but he is at low enough body fat that he does not really have too much dieting to do to cut down bodyfat. Hell I am at about 12-13% and I have a 6 pack with just a little fat over the bottoms. He needs to actually hit the abs and get them up to strength. Truly if he put up a picture of him now it would be easier to tell if he actually needs dieting to get down or to just work on them more.

Oh I totally understand what you mean. He is annoying especially after doing it for a while.

If you are around 8-11% bf you should have visible abs even if they are not super strong. I do not know everything about working out, but I like a lot of the workouts used in p90x. You should be able to look them up, and do them.

When I used 8 the wire was too big to put into the push terminals.

Alright, well right now I am looking to prolly get a nut and bolt for the ground. I am waiting for new wires before I put everything back in. N8 if you have any more suggestions or anyone for that matter, please feel free to tell me.

Well last night when I was looking at the grounding picture, I saw something that looked as if it did not belong. I was just sitting at home doing nothing so i decided to go pull my ground off, and I found this under the terminal.
My next question is could this be part of the problem considering you want your ground to touch bare metal, but this was between the terminal and the body of the car. I took it out for now.

I metered all the subs and they are fine.
the wire has never been hot to the touch.
fuses are all fine.
and the box is made out of mdf.

I have felt my wires and everything, but never knew what the problem was. I am not sure, I am assuming that the bolt has to get hell of hot in order to burn that.

The bolt wasn't broken.. The nut was burned and it seized on there, and I broke it trying to get it loose.
Edit: If I cannot get it to the frame would it be alright to ground it there if I drilled it and put a bolt and nut there?

Alright. I will see what I can work with on this. I just ordered some new wire for the subs. I should have waited so I could pick up some more ground wire. (only have about 3 or 4 feet)

Its under the back seat. They cut a spot in the carpet and peeled everything away from the metal.

Well lately, when I would play my music for a while I would smell a burning wood smell. I looked around, and never figured out what it was. I took the subs out tonight and all is fine, no burnt coils all ohm readings good. Well as I am taking out the bolt through my box I find this.
The bolt broke while I was trying to get the nut off.
The copper on the wire burned the plastic around it.
Now my question is what caused this? Is it a bad ground (hole burned is negative side).
Here is a picture of my ground (I did not put it there, it was put there by shop who ran the wires. My parents didn't trust me to install it.)
it is all sanded off under the ground. Please if you have a solution shoot it at me. I am getting all new wires to run from the amp to the subs.
