  1. Its gonna be a month or two before i make a firm decision on the sub/amp choice so i will wait and see how the TC sound subs play out (If they can be ordered or not), if not them ill be looking at 2 *** trash 15's.

Thanks for the suggestion they look like tough speakers with a little less RMS than i wanted but for my little truck it will be enough lol.

  2. Of course i know DC and FI aren't mainstream. I was telling my cousin the same thing im telling yall and he suggested kicker L7's

But i dont wannabe like every other guy in San Antonio runnin kickers lol.

Yea the website does say audopulse on it so maybe they are under that name now.

MAn those pictures look sexy as hell, I would love to see em in a blow through in my truck hahah, could you PM the specs on those other woofers I might take em off your hands.

  3. See I've been waiting and saving to do this build because i dont wanna just rush and buy subs then later think, well i should went with.....

I like DC and FI and all those but i wanna know if there are different non mainstream subs out there. I saw these on youtube ad looked at the site.

I didnt know bout the bankrupt thing though so thank you and i will look more into that.

    Anyone else have some input?

I'm looking for 2 15's that will handle 1500rms and sound clean. I know there are a ton of choices but the only subs i have owned are Memphis so i don't really know what most sound like.

  4. So originally i wanted to go with 4 audioque HDC3 10's but i decided i wanted to start off a little smaller with 2 15's.

I want to get 2 of the 15" revos from TC sounds ran by one audioque 3500d but i havent really heard much about them

    Anyone have any insight?

EDIT: here is the sub http://www.audiopulse.com/products/subwoofer-drivers/revo

  5. this post sucks. you'll be more than happy with any of them. All you'll get out of this is the brand nut huggers telling you what they'd run. I'm sure if you pay close attention you'll see they run the same thing they recommend.

A bit uncalled for, the OP is just having a bit of trouble deciding.

Why wouldn't people recommend what they run i mean if it works then it works.

I hear good things about Sound Digital an I've seen a few setups with em that pound. Just be sure to have the electrical for the 8kd and i bet it will shine.

  6. Well I have hooked up 4-5 low key setups like 2 12's or a couple of 10's but this will be my first big setup and i kinda wanted to keep it to 2 amps.

I figured 5k would be a good starting point and ty alot for number crunching cause what you listed does make a little more sense than what i added up lol.

The only parts i need to do research on now that im fuzzy on is the wiring of 2 amps together and runs of 0g from front to back. Other than that im pretty sure i can do it.

I also still need to measure the space in my truck but im going for roughly 1.5 cubes per sub tuned to 32hz.

I was wonderng about the aq comps as well so ty and ill look into the CDT's

  7. So i have started saving for a new setup for my truck. Im thinking a good goal is about 5k.

    I want the following.

    -4 Audioque HDC3 10's

-Maybe a couple of the Audioque component sets.

    -2 Audioque 3500d's

    -2 Audioque 90.4's

    -2 DC 260amp alts

    -5 D3100 batteries

-1 multi use crossover (probably the 3sixty)

    - +all of the wires, fuses, and such

Do you guys think 5k will cover this setup with me doing all the labor and build by myself?

I did the math and it seems to come close just wanted some input from you guys.

BTW this will be going into a Mazda B3000 ext cab.
