  1. Depends on the coil configuration of the subs honestly. If they are D1 or D4, I would run the Sundown Audio SAZ-3500D and if they are D2's then the Audioque 2200D's. You cant go wrong with Sundown's CS....

well actually after we decide on the amp based the on positive feedbacks i get then ill know wat coil to get, whether dual 1s for the sundown or dual 2s for each audioque! based on power output of the amplifiers cas i have seen guys said they gain more from one saz3000 rather than 2 audioque 2200d!

  2. guys i need a lil help for a friends install, its gonna be 2 18s dc lvl4 xl, supported by two group 34 batteries and a xs d3100 in the rear. i know there are guys on here that had experience wid both amplifiers ne response appreciated!! sundown 3500 or 2 audioque 2200d?

  3. so you know EXACTLY what i mean when you went to the P-Zero's huh!! Night and day from Kumho's....and im not even tryin to diss, its exactly how i feel!! I was totally expecting a horrible ride home but me and my boy jeff were in total disbelief.... It is not just quiet, it feels like i adjusted the suspension somehow and its a softer ride.

oh, the U2-55 is a tight wheel, i LOVE IT. Its also a cheap wheel though and cheap brand - but i have had them 2 years now and no complaints yet.....I bought them for the style which i love not for the price. The price was just a bonus - and with my brakes sitting behind them its far from generic as a whole. Even with my cheaper-rims, i am still rollin on 10-11 grand just on my shoes and socks (with brakes :D)

I HEAR U BALLA! SHOES AND SOCKS LOL DAS THE NEW PHRASE.!!
  4. nahh, i didnt want a 30 series tire i wanted 25's -

even though the RIM itself looks bigger now, they are indeed smaller overall but thats ok, i need the clearance, the rear was scraping so bad on the freeway (on the way up) we were blowing white smoke out the back every bump we hit....now it doesnt even make a peep :)

No need for 28's, the 6's are perfect for my truck. Not too donked out, just right.

I will pass on the Toyo's and anything Less Shwab sells - those guys are pussies. I went there with a couple G's CASH in hand and they got all scared - "we dont sell 26's and we cant work on them without a special machine"....weak sauce. I told him, nevermind bro ill go find a PRO. I had to drive an hour to find someone who had what i wanted, in stock and on a sunday no less, and they didnt even bat an eye at a 26 - and i KNOW these suck balls to install.

yea i hate donk look also, i also had the same results goin from some 22s tires on my envoy(same body as blazer) to 275/25/24s perilli p zero, everyone ask how it rides compared to the 22 i said way better and the watch me like it made no sense i said its all in the brand! now i got on 275/25/26 toyo proxes4 rides rough due to all the mods i did to get it to drive without raisin it up since its such a small suv. ALL IN ALL DUDE YO U2-55 IS STILL SOME TIGHT WHEELS!!
  5. NOW for the review:

NIGHT AND DAY 100% Different!! BETTER!!! The smaller, thinner, 25series Pirelli outperforms that larger, 30series Kumho by a long shot!! The new ones are so quiet it is like driving a Cadillac now!! My fenders dont rub at all and the bumps and the rough roads i encountered on the way home were almost nothing!!! it was a DELIGHTFUL ride home, believe it or not!!!

I white knuckled with the old ones on the way up.......AMAZING!!! PIRELLI FTMFW!!!!

tires made the rim even look better due to the narrow width, but also made the wheels look smaller too, werent there a possible 295/30/26 pirelli? i say time for 28s with some toyo tires kuhmo ftml!
  6. I ran three AGM batteries on my stock 105amp alt....didn't have any problems in 6 months playing the subs everyday....dropping into the lows 13s high 12s.....

But I also had two stock alts...so I could take a chance of burning an alt....and I always keep the other stock one under my back seat with tools to change should it fail.

i agree, cas im runnin 7 batteries off the stock 105 alternator and has never failed, and for the past week ive bin seein 15.3v wen it cool outside and the jeep has just started up, then of course it goes down to about 14.5. takes a while to charge them back after while of full tilt, but has never failed like my mechman 250 did twice already :censored:

  7. I just ordered my 15 inch FI BTL fully loaded D1 on tuesday the 8th and I checked my email today and it was shipped out yesterday and eta was the 18.. Couldnt believe how fast it was.. by what ive read i was expecting at least a month or longer.. So i gata brag on them for the quickness of everything so far and might have to brag on them more when it gets here lol.. :good: ..

well i cant brag about their service cas its terrible maybe u were lucky this one time but dont count on it, i have bought over 11BTL woofers from them, and still cnt get decent service, dats upsetting!
