dont go in 4 cubes at all bad idea unless your gunna have a sealed box but i suggest going about 6-6.5 cu ft tuned to 36 hz.

lmao i can cut straight its just there will always be airleaks with wood, you may not even notice then but there is. lol i just use a little caulk to re-ensure there arnt any leaks. anyone know how to do a window? since on my next build when i get to it i wanna do one.

well if you think about it, your always gunna have some air leaks no matter what you do. unless you use like 4 tubes of caulk and smear it all over but no one will do that because it looks shitty. Dc makes some beastly subs no question about it though. people say o that cant handle it well a lvl 3 getting 1300 (been clamped) shows it and so did bass14's lvl 5 18 getting 6k daily. all the subs dc makes they under rate them so people dont go insane with running mass amounts of power to them. o well people do it anyways

thats its runnning, it smokes up and gets stinky as shit after about 7 minutes of straight playing all the was up. it aint a perfect box theres no such thing and its a decent signal. idk how it hasnt burned up truthfully. i had my friend johnny order it for me so he might has had rusty the the lvl 4 coils in it but im not the only1 running 1300 to a lvl 3, theres another kid in town here with same sub but he has the hifonics BXI1210 and thats cranking out around 1200

lol louder the better. well see i had a hifonics bxi610 but that went to shit on me so i bought a sundown 1 can and got it clamped and it was putting out 1300, im not over powering by that much

it should be fine at 850 rms, im running my 1 15 off 1300 rms (gains over half) daily so it shouldnt hurt it at all,

sick install, my next build i wanna do a window into my box but the plexi is pricey. those are lvl 3's right? u could run 2k to those and be fine but thats just my opinion since im running 1300 to a single lvl 3 15

i got a lvl 3 15" and im running a sundown 1k but i got it clampd and im putting out bout 1300 to 1 dc lvl 3 15 its fine i mean u get the occational silicone smell but that just means keep it low and let er cool down then beat on her more. it takes like 30 mins for mine to get to that point though so get the 2 lvl 3's. p.s. sorry rusty if ur readin this but you definatly under rated these subs =) :01nocomment8so:

steve quick question for you, i know you'll have a good respectable answer to this. I know how you got that 4 gauge to fit for speaker wire but how did you wire it to the amp? like how did you wire it to a specific ohms?

it all depends on what kind of port your using, a round port or a slot port, but if your doing a slot port have it kinda how i have mine set up (just look at my pic) or u can have the sub on top of the box in the same position.

got the sundown 1 k in there. that sub can easly handle it. i think im gunna get a new alt and get another 15 back there since 1 15 in a blazer just aint cutting it. just seeing all that room is making me wonder how loud can i get this by january 1

yea. 600 aint movin it good enough. ik dc is under rated. like my friend johnny was running 6k to a level 5 for a daily driver and there rated for 2k daily. so im thinking that if i feel a lvl 3 that it shoulb be fine. ya know? im getting the sundown this weekend and i wanna get it clamped to make sure its putting out 1k+

i got a dc lvl 3 15 and either i can get a DC 1k or i can get a sundown 1k what you think i should do? the both will be putting out about 1300 to 1400 i heard and i just wanna make sure i dont blow it. think it can take that?
