  1. so you have a fusion 2500 mono amp and a 600.4 running off of a single normal battery and stock alt. ya i would say your dropping to very low volts and clipping

bass boost is one of the settings that can cause clipping because people think its a volume knob and they get more bass. yes you get more bass but it usually will start to clip

  2. i have a Boss Audio BV11.2BGT 11.2 with built in dvd player, usb, and sd card slot. one of the screw mounts are busted but shouldnt be to bad to fix. everything else is in good shape. will do 220 shipped and insured. comes with original box and remote along with 3 different trim pieces so you can have it black, tan, or gray. if interested pm me

  3. i have never personally gone through it but i can say this. people around me that have gone through it were in major pain. you will need pain killers and start drinking tons of water and juice. they say its very painful. my boss has them every year and his get so bad that the whole side of his body gets bruised and his kidneys hurts for weeks. he actually almost died from them one time it was so bad. when your passing it you will need to be off work and may have to goto the hospital. all i can say is hope it breaks apart and comes out in pieces so its not as painful for ya. it just really depends how bad it is. good luck

  4. I see no issue cutting the lip out as long as you primer the bare metal afterwards. I called around and couldnt find a shop that would do it or i would have went that route myself, hell they didnt even know what the fuck I was talking about when i asked if they could roll fenders.

if you do it right! whoever did mine cut a little to much out therefore only leaving a little bit of metal holding my rear quarter panel and inner fender together. when i got my system setup in there i blew them apart cuz of it. plus it rusted some and that didnt help either. imo using the roller tool you can rent from your local parts store and a buddy with some beers or a joint and you have yourself a nice afternoon of rolling fenders lol

you can rent a tool similar to this at your local autoparts store

  5. please dont cut your lip out it just causes long term issues. all the people mentioning cutting the lips out i have not seen one of you say that the lip thats left or inside of the fender needs to be primed and should be painted. what happens when bare steel with water on it?? it rust's. dont cut just roll. you can even rent the little tool from an autoparts store. my civic was already done when i got it and they cut the lip out and they just left it and didnt paint it. it rusted which caused the inner fender to separate from the quarter panel. not good at all. either roll them yourself or go have it done

  8. Oh ok. Thinks so when I get my 15"hd3, I will tune gains proper and my 15 will have clean signal and I don't have to worry about blowing my subs. That y im trying to sell my 2 10xls cause u rip cause my amp hade distortion and bad signal and my sub rip but the other one is perfect.. So I'm just gonna sell them and buy bigger subs..thanks

lol you have some reading to do. your sub isnt going to rip cause of distortion lol. even after you use the smd tool you still have to worry about some stuff. you can blow your subs from over powering them. you can blow them from playing well below box tuning and heating up the coils bad. you can still blow them. this tool just gives you a nice clean signal so you have little to no clipping. also after you could still have clipping if somebody makes a really bad bass song or chopped and screwed song if it is clipped to shit
