  1. I was looking at the Fi ssd10 thinkin about getting 2 of those and running them at 1ohm on that amp, spl and I like loud lol. Ik a lot of ppl on here have Fi and DC, but I was always attracted to the Fi's more but would never mind trying the DCs..Depends on what the price tag is really :P

Yeah that would be nice and loud for you, I've heard good reviews on both of them

  2. What are you looking for SQ or SPL??, How loud do you want it??, brands that i would name off for that amp would be Alpine type R's or X's maybe, Kicker CVXs, Classics, Or Barics, Even some Fosgate Power Or Punch, im not sure but you could possibly go into the bigger line umm FI, AQ, DC, DD, RE, RD, but you would probably need a bigger amp or amps. There are plenty of other good brands out there, just be specific on what kind of sound you want, and how loud :good:

  3. Looks like we need a thread that shows max amp draw for a given gauge wire and amp draw vs the number of batteries needed.

I Honestly think it would be nice to have one, I mean im pretty good at audio installs, but ima noob in some places just like everyone else is whether it's porting, impedance, or anything someone is not experienced with, but im only 17 i have alot of time to learn, and even people i know that have been installing for some time now run into little problems, and need help also. But i think the chart thread would be a good idea to have as a sticky note in the electrical section

  4. Sorry for all the posts lately, i've used the search button and checked older posts and i cannot find the answer i need. Alright so i had a stock alt 105 amp with 8 to 10 gauge wire and with my setup in dipped into the 11's. Well im starting the big 3 and i have a 220 high output alternator on the way 110 idle 220 1200 rpm, and i wanted to ask is a second battery needed, will it be alright just to run the new alt, and good batt up front

  5. it wont.

    awful build quality

There is a Kole Audio Amplifier that looks like a Rockford t4000.bd, but the fusing on it is only 120 total, and was 7500 watts max, there was a guy that tested the amp, and i put out 1450 watts rms without clipping

  6. I Already have a batcap (soon to be in the trunk), and a good batt in the front, what do yall guess my voltage would be, right now at idle it dips into the 11 with a 105 amp alt, and 8 to 10 gauge stock wiring but at 1200 rpm its at 13.7, Im adding a 220 Amp alt 110 at idle and 220 at 1200 rpm, with kicker 1/0 Awg Hyperflex cable for the big 3
