Ok, so everything was perfectly fine yesterday and then all of a sudden my sub starts to make this rattle every time the bass hits. Right now I have 1 12" Audiobahn 1206t hooked up to a boss class d riot amp. Sub is 1100 rms and 2200 max and amp is 2500 watts. I know boss amps suck it's temporary. What could be the problem. Could it be the voice coils on the sub or could it be the amp.

Again like he said it will not defeat the purpose, so it is all on your decision. But then again what else are you going to be running in the truck??? -
Kenwood KDC-MP642U question...

Agree completely "hdorre" but if somebody is really looking for great quality sometimes the extra cash spent will help. Me personally I would do it if I had the money but also I would not be getting an eq with 6 or 7V outputs, 3 or 4V seems just fine. If I were him I'd sell the eq and buy another. -
Kenwood KDC-MP642U question...

If it were me... I would. I know there is a Kenwood HU that has 5V outputs but I believe it runs about $450 to $500. -
I have a switch hooked up to shut off the HU but that cuts off the amp as well. I have another switch right next to it that I want to have hooked up to the remote to cut off only the amp that way I can still keep the music playing. The switch has two leads and I know one lead connects to remote but where does the other connect to??? PLEASE HELP. Thanks.
