Totally different boxes but I ran my 2 xl18s off a sd8k@1 ohm in bass boxing so I did 3 30 second runs back to back on a pretty warm day but at the end of my 3rd run they were warm and a hint of smell. They were in a 6th order though. Those 3 runs were after lots of demos and 3 db drag runs.

This may not be much help but I just sold 2 xl18s and build a box for one for the new owner and it is 4.5 cu ft @34 with 2 4" ports off an ap3000 and does good. No #'s those.
