how did u wire them. couldnt i just split the wire right before the little female connector and make it basically like a Y or should i run a wire from the amp to the speaker and solder to the speaker and then solder wire from the same connector and run that to the other speaker?

okay so i have an amp that runs 85 watts rms x 4 at 4 ohms and 175 rms x 4 at 2 ohms, so i was wondering if it was possible to wire two coaxial speakers together kinda like u can do to subs. for example, i have two sets of alpine sps-600's and they are 4 ohm speakers so i was wondering if i am able to wire two of them together to make a 2 ohm impedance and run them both at 175 watts together. if anyone knows or has ever heard about this can u plz let me know.

They were the first two i ever did so i know they arent all that great but here you go.. these are in my friends civic si and these are some of the pics from my suburban i know the wires show here but i reran all of them and now they are not visible anymore this is the first box i made and carpeted and i decided i needed a little black in there so i painted my grills these are the speakers my girl friend got me for christmas and i wanted to do something different with them. oh and this was the original box i built..

i already have a hifonics zxi 6410 for my speakers and im going to get a hifonics bxi2610 for my sub. and what do you mean by a bigger battery.

i am getting a new system in my 2010 charger and i wanted to know if i would need a new alternator. Im going to have a 2600 watt amp and i wanted to know if i would need an alternator and if i would need any extra batterys?

can someone plz explain the difference. I feel like an idiot because i dont know :/

r you going to build them to orions specs or r u gunna build a box the way u want it. And would u recommend tuning the boxes to a low frequency like + or - 28hz of 33- 35 hz which is i guess where most prefab boxes are tuned to.

okay thats what i thought cuz i heard they were hella good and it is super hard to blow them. and they are 2000 rms which is really nice. i have a buddy with two jl w7s and hes running 2000 to them and im plannin on getting a hifonics amp thats gunna push 2600 watts to it. so im hoping itll hit as hard as his 2 12's. now i just have to figure out wether to build a ported or seal box

Has anyone heard anything about these subs. good or bad?? cuz im pretty sure im going to buy one of them for my charger and i was hoping for some opinions.
