    ~44 Core Temps

    Overclocking the proc. was easy, no voltage bump needed, just 1400 FSB 10x multiplier

    (1400FSB/4cores)10xmultiplier = 3.5 GHz

    Its straight lol

    As for overclocking the GPU's, def. worth it once I get my hands on a copy of AutoCAD. Rendering will be quicker, not to mention I get to act really cool cause I play games at a high FPS than alot of people.

    1600x1050 full settings 4x AA COD4 = 90FPS solid

    1600x1050 full settings 4x AA Crysis: Warhead = 30 FPS

    1600x1050 full settings 16x AA Crysis: Warhead = ~15 FPS , depends on the level

    alright, now you have me wondering about sli. what is it? will it allow me to have 2monitors hooked up and have something different on each one? if not, how can i do that?

    I was skeptical about the performance promised, but I did actually see ~2x power increase graphically.

    As far as the 2 monitor thing, just to clarify, until the recent driver update, you could not use 2 monitors with SLI enabled. however, now it works fine from what I've read, I dont have a second monitor to test it on.

    As far as the whole hard drive things... I have had nothing but trouble with my 1.5TB Seagate 7200.11 SATA drive.... more specifically I hate windows with a passion.

    I prefer XFX nVidia cards over MSI or EVGA, prolly cause I have 2. Havent had trouble with them, overclocked, SLI

    Well i saved a few bucks by getting a barebones which had the case, mobo, graphics card (which I got the XFX version instead of the EVGA version), processor, ram, hard drive (which is another story, I ended up with 1.5 tb instead of the 1 thats in the kit) and power supply. I just had to get some simple shit.

    I finally got my fans, graphics card tweaked a lil higher, getting around to getting the cpu up there.

    I just checked the diff in price for the graphics card: def. got a $269 graphics card for the price of a $219 card.

    itunes has em bad ass what would i type in for the search bar

    you could search for a Bass Mekanic CD, it has tracks 20-99 or whatever as tones respective to the track #. I bought a B.A.S.S. cd on iTunes and their some nice songs, the bass is a lil on the high (hz) side, but it came with some bass tests / tones...

    me being a huge korn fan, die hard if i may....i cannot belive they did that, they went downhill after the untouchables album but they were slowy going back uphill and imo that song with dfb freakin killed it!

    manson on the other hand that guy is amazing, he can do anything and still make it sound totally bad ass

    I wish that Manson would have done one of the verses for The Way I Am... that wouldve been bad ass...

    KoRn, on the other hand, hasnt been good since their bassist left... i loved coming undone with it :]

    The new cd kinda went hard rock instead of metal...

    Still love it, there's less mess, its cleaner than their previous CD's. Each one gets cleaner and cleaner...

    The whole slipknot collection has enough songs for any mood, now.

    Id like to see a rap song with slipknot in it... kinda like manson did with eminem on "the way I am," or KoRn and DFB... Those 2 songs are what got me into rap, which in turn got me into subs.....

    I blame Manson for my bass addiction. :]

    wow im late to the punch, bought death magnetic (ok, dad did, i was at work) first day, havent tried it since i fixed my bass...

    Sounds alot like ...And Justice For All

    Only like a mix between all of their cds....

    Unforgiven III....wtf? It sounds NOTHING like The Unforgiven / II.

    Thats about all that I think.. Does have noticeable clipping, perhaps not clipping but part of their distortion?
