    they'll usually tell you, so uk if you can only play music or if sine sweeps/tones are fine

    if you're stuck with music play something consistant, like amilli by lil wayne or "boomin and bunkin" by oj da juice man for one run and then go higher or lower freq for the next runs to see whats loudest.

    if you can play sweeps or tones, do a sweep first and see about where youre peaking, and then do tones around there next, starting low and playing for a few secs and working up higher.

    Thanks ray, but where can I find this stuff? I can get the music? but should I make a disc of tones, and a disc with a sweep?? and how long of a sweep? starting where? ending where? the wheres are Hz wise...

    Edit: that dirty look is because the protective film is still over the JBL logo on one amp...

    also the guy armoraled or how ever it's spelled them.

    So I was just looking for shits and giggles seeing as I'm 17 with no job but somehow still managed to buy about 750 dollars worth of stereo for my S-10.... [i predict job this summer and puttin money in the bank, no splurging]

    So this is what I looked at...

    So someone that can read, and double check me... How much airspace do these things need per sub?

    Edit:

    1.75 ft^3 ported tuned to 30 Hz -- F3 of 26 Hz

    * Tune higher and use a smaller box for more SPL oriented setup (Use 1 - 1.5 cubes)

    * Enclosure can be as big as 2.25 ft^3 with lower power levels

    What's the first bold thing...

    Define lower power levels...

    I don't know how hard this hits as I don't have a system, but my little sound system that I have on my desk hits hard :D

    Anybody wanna give some input? How hard does it hit? ;)

    This says high quality and all that good stuff, but I don't know if it clips..

    well, how nice. I couldn't find the thread for songs that hit.. but now I see it.. fuck. Merge this or something if you want.

    Hey guys i just got a new laptop and im looking to start making my own mixes. Dose any one have any suggested programs that they have had any luck with?

    Dude... I looked around... a while back... and basically, it's a major pain in the ass to do this stuff, it takes time... so yeah... but hell don't let me stop you... see what you can do... when I get done doing my article review I'll look around for you... [Damn chemistry homework]...
