thats wierd... i just downloaded this and went to my GF car with one pioneer 10 on 150W and hooked up my i pod and played a 45hz tone and it jumped to 123.89 db.

I didn't think it would be over powered. The mids are rated at 100 watts rms and the tweets are 75 watts rms. The T600-4 puts out 100 rms per channel so that would match up nice to the mids and the T400-4 puts out 60 rms per channel and would run the tweeters nicely through the crossovers. I don't have a signal processor unit connected.
Yes BUT that 600-4 would actually be putting out about 160rms and the 400-4 about 85rms @ 4 ohms. My 400-4 does right at 90. RF amps are WAY underrated!

Hey Steve, I had read where you said to find a size calculator and i have one that I've been using for ages now. You pick your car and it give you the stock wheel+tire specs, then theres another space right beside it where you can choose a custom wheel+tire setup to see if it will fit or not. Check it out and LMK if you like...

Wow guys I gots a ? I had a box designed for my btl 18 on about 3k. It's right at 8 cubes after all displacements @ 33hz. is that too big? BTLs are recommended 5-10...

if you call amps "1000 water" and you think that overpowering a woofer will make it quieter (for reasons god knows why) then you arent ready for underground audio yet in my opinion.
I agree with ya on callin the amps "1000 waters", but he said that it wont pound if he DOESNT overpower them.....

Well I saw these and jumped on them without searching. I know CDT is good but was this a bad buy? They will be replacing 2 sets of RF power T1 6.5's.

oh no DEF dont get spacers unless u NEED THEM. or if the wheels just dont stick out enough, but are still inside the fenders then maybe id get a 1in 1.5in spacer but if u get the right wheel you SHOULDNT need them...i liked these wheels but they are expensive as fuck Niche Flare m864

Oh i see... I used to want a set in 20s and forgot that their available up to 26s. I looked at those niches but like you said, EXPENSIVE. Damn now I gotta find some irocs... those look sexy as fawk on dimes!

Yeah...thats what I'm thiking. Are you saying I should get the 2" spacer and do the albas? I DO know where a bnib set of them are with tires for 1,500... and i just ralized that the virtual wheels tool has the Albas in it..... im gonna try them and post em...

i dont know yet, i will look and see sometime soon. First thing i need is that "watts-link" thing to even out the back. Tahoes are like that, the rears drop sideways and one tire tucks a little more then the other. This thing should fix that.
Ahh typical Chevy lean. My s10 leans to the right but that will be fixed with a btl 18 and a battery on the pass side. Lol. Hoe's looking sick Steve! Keep up the good work!

Here is the most recent picture of my truck taken friday:
It is now between both of te sets of Helo's, found out that i cant get the albas in the right offset w/ my bolt pattern and i'd have to use a 2" spacer. So come on SMD tell me what you think!!

Can't get any pics of teh truck right now because im at work and PB is blocked but ill get some when i get home posted up for ya or ill see what i can do at lunch with my phone. I think im actually beginning to lean more toward the 1st and 2nd choice so we'll see.

Well all 3 choices have the same exact offset so the physical size of the lip is going to be damn near the same if its the size of the lip you like on the 3rd one.

Ok guys, im on the market for wheels. The chrome on my 20's are now starting to flake a little and i need new tires anyway... plus i want 2's. So with that said, I've narrowed it down to 3 possible choices... the Helo HE825, Helo HE834, or the Alba Mantis wheels. Like I said they will be in 22's with a 245/30-22 tire. Tell me what ya think SMD!

They are gonna look SICK on your truck bro! And yeah when i only stepped up to 20's w/ my truck i noticed a quite a bit of difference and i have the ZQ8 sport suspension as well as EBC drilled and slotted rotors and thier yellowstuff performance pads... I can only imagine what kind of hell its gonna be with a full size with a huge ass system.
