  1. 20k on two level 5s. hoooooolllllllly shit.

ok well, theres a few problems besides the obvious ones..

20k watts is like 4 alternators, and 10 D3100s.. (i believe... i could be wrong..)

buttt, unless you have.. oh say like.. $10-15,000 laying around.. money is an issue.

first of all you've obviously NEVER have been in the service. second whats so far fetched about this?

firstly i never claimed to be in the service, i was simply stating that fifteen thousand dollars is a shit ton of money to just drop on equipment for someone who thinks that they can run 10 thousand watts to a level 5.

and whats so far fetched? if you have to ask.....

Yes I realize 18k to TWO Lvl 5s isnt going to happen but he can run one 9k and be just fine. Then again he could add more subs to huh like in say i dont know a wall....

  2. ok first of all yellow tops ARE NOT going to cut it electrical wise. Look into multiple d3400s by xs power (this is your electrical storage). figure out what kind of amperage your going to need for ALL of your amps and get alts accordingly. Iraggi, Mech Man, & DC Power are all good companies to contact about this. Now as far as wiring goes your going to need multiple runs of 1/0AWG KnuKonceptz makes excellent wire. (perferably OFC {Oxygen Free Copper})

thats just a start of what you'll need

  4. the more y splitters you add (more resistance) (read higher ohm load) the weaker your signal is going to be. test it by removing the 4 channel from the mix, IF you get sound, this is your problem. The quick and easy solution is to either A get a line driver. B (the better option in my opinion) get a equlizer with a higher output or C get a better head unit with a higher output (preamp) not wattage

  5. Actually just done quick maths and at max power from the amps and 14.6 volts the draw would be 95ish amps,

would that be enough to melt the 4 awg?

Never seen that before so just wondering for anyone that has :drinks:

edit: nvm just read the rest, guess it seems was bad connection instead ^ ^

4 awg SHOULD be able to hold up to 135 amps. So yeah the 150 fuse was to big in the first place. This all depends on the wire though.

  6. ok so the kickers are getting roughly 600 watts each is that correct and if so you think thats is fine even though they are 500 watts rms

If they ARE wired for 600 rms they'll be fine. You're just pushing them a little harder then they're designed for.

  7. This is better Andys Autosport IMO is a little expensive.

$144 Chrome Halo Projector LED Headlights

you could also debadge (emblems and modlings if the paint isn't too faded) it too and make it look totally diffrent. All you need is a hair dryer and some goof off to get the adhesive off. And as Im thinking of it you can also paint all your plastic a different color to change the look. Besides a myrid of colors of tint Green Smoke Tint if you have some these. Chrome Clear,Altezza, or Smoke
