Well what is the $700 going to be covering?? Just sub(s) and amp(s)?? or do u need to pay for someone to make u an enclosure + install it also. Then is that $700 also covering wiring, HU, and a nice under hood batt would help out alot also.

I didnt know i would need more then subs and amps. I didnt think about wiring and i dont know what an hu is and what do i need a battery for lol... i read up a little but i guess i didnt read up enough.
im kinda new to this so im very sorry if i leave stuff out or say something dumb that doesnt make sense lol i am very anxious to learn about audio systems and stuff so if you could suggest a website that could tell me what all i need and what to look for that would be awesome.
I am going to be working at a mechanics place for a side job to learn about cars so i think i will learn how to install it from the guy their and do it myself so i wont have to pay someone for doing it but i might end up paying someone maybe lol that part can end up either way

Those SSDs can take like 800-1000w each, so you'd be severly underpowering them with that. For $700 you can do a hell of a lot better than what u listed.
sorry i didnt mean too lol.. i have very little knowledge on all this kind of stuff and need help on learning i tried my best though to look at all the info on it could you suggest a set up for me please?

The IB3 is meant for ifinite baffle only. Do you realize that? I would suggest the ssd with that power if youre goin with that power.
sorry about that i have actually been looking at both the one i accidently put and the one you said..my plan was to get the ssd because their the same price as the ones i accidently put i really mean to put the ssd's i edited it lol.. so with that set up do you think it would be good?

I don't know the actually power a r500 puts out, but you could get 2 dual 1 ohm SSD subs and push them with a hifonics amp. I like Hifonics amps because they are 1 ohm stable, push rated power, and are priced very well.
do you think flatwind coil or copper coil? and what is bp power? it gives you those options on the website

I am not even sure that it would even work i think you have to have the right amount of ohms and watts for these things to go together right? and if it will work do you guys think it sound like a good set up? I am wanting it to bassy but also have clean vocals and other sounds like that =]

I am currently a senior in high school so I can't really afford to do anything right now but will be able to very soon after I get a job. I drive a 1998 dodge ram 1500 quad cab and I want to put a decent sound system in my truck. I am not sure what brands are good for different stuff like what brand should I buy for my sub woofers and amps and stuff like that so I am also very clueless as to what a sound system would consist of sorry I have never looked into all this until recently =/. I am not sure where im going to put like my sub's in my truck since its a truck lol, just thought i would ask for help. I am looking to probably to spend 500$.00 to $600.00 at the most not sure if thats enough to get anything that sounds cool
please help me

yeah i will for sure look around on the website more and thank you for the naming some brands for me man and where i might try to put them. my dad doesn't want me to put sub woofers or anything like that in my truck but i think i might be able to talk him into something or bug him until he doesn't care haha

yeah i guess i could just look around and see what people are up to to learn whatever i can i know some brand names of some good audio companies i just need to learn the technical stuff now. i thought that the rockford fosgate Prime R500 amplifier with 2 FI SSD10 subwoofer sounded good and just wanted to get opinions on if everyone else thought. Christmas is coming up so i can start saving $$$ so i think i will get some serious pictures up here in time to come =]
