[D3100 vs 2 Kinetik 16v (ran at 12v)]

Im wondering if i sold my 16v's and bought a d3100 would the d3100 outperform the 16v's? Just a question nobody here in missouri really has xs power so i have no first hand ability to compare...

david honestly no i dont but what series are they? mtx isn't as good a brand as rockford in my book... of course thats all personal and i do think that the tech that rockford uses is better than almost every other company that has mass production items. And hell ya man i gave 3 of my buddies rides tonight around 11-1am and they all said they could barely breath I'll make some hairtrick vids soon but this thing really does slam!

Ya i heard a dude with pretty much the same setup. These are the new style t2s the black ones, they are sooo much better than the silver style. They can take tons of power. I'm in the mid 150s... but also have more power I was skeptical to say the least about these taking 3k each. But they are doing great i havent gotten them warm yet and my voltage will hit 12.3 if i 3/4 it. These vids are at about half. At 3/4 it feels like my car is falling apart.

well if i get new rear springs how do i know if they will be stiff enough to keep the car at a safe level. Ill also lower the front to match the rear but I'm just wondering about the rear having the weight on the springs.

I have no clue about this kind of thing... I need something to help me out with the weight problem. My rear is sagging about 2'' more than the front because of the extra 600-700lbs in the back. Is there anyway i can fix this? Or whats the best way to fix this... I'd like it to cost no more than 300$

very sick brotha thats something i dont think i can handle. I daily drive around with about 150db on music and I just started getting used to that. I couldn't imagine how you could drive that car lol. Cant wait for vids!!!!

I vote this will be the loudest daily drivable car on the forum... I wonder if it will be a daily for you... I would hope not being that you would go def very quickly lol. Other than that I think this is prolly the most dope system ive ever seen in a 2 door

it has 12v terminals on it.. you dont have to run it at 16volts. you can run them at 12 thats whats so sick about them... and they have more juice than the 1400 does. Thats why all the guys around here use them. Sorry to pop your bubble... Im aware that you would blow the batt or something if you ran 16v off a 12v alt. Thats not what im doing im running 12v on a 12v.
