So I am planning on starting my fist build and am looking to put 1 CTX65CS in each of my 4 doors, with a Q 450.4 to power them. For my subs I am planning on using 2 IDQ12V2.D4, with their 1200.1 powering them but am not sure about it.
This is all going into a 2002 Dodge Intrepid SE 2.7L. I am not sure what the Alt is on the car but I assume I will need a HO Alt. Any recommendations on what amperage alt I should get? Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't have much experience with it, but couldn't you primer the box to stop it from absorbing the glue?
Adding a second battery

So, I'm planning to put in a new system in my 2002 Intrepid. I was told I could use my stock alt and battery if I added a second battery for my system which will include an ID Q 450.4 and an ID Q 1200.1 amp. I just bought one of the HR500 batteries in the for sale section and wanted to double check how to wire it up.
The red lines are positive, blacks are negative and yellow dots are fuses. I plan on using all 1/0 for this and 250 amp fuses for it. Please let me know if there is anything is wrong or you would change it. I appreciate any help you guys can give.
Edit: I updated the photo to match the recommendations.
