Not bad, I haven't had much seat time though. I'll be able to give a better review after this weekend at the Roadquake show. I do know they were a pain to load, I can't use my right hand all the way after my surgery. I'm hoping to break a 155 legal and be able to bass race the 149 class easier.

Steve is a good friend of mine and I've sat in his van a couple of time. He can do a hair trick from 2 feet away from the door with it hanging wide open. I've had to sit on top of the van when he does burps and it is a pretty undescribable feeling. Kind of like someone trying to shove a windshield up your ass. Just imagine 161.8 db worth of windshield ramming you from behind at 44 hz. It's not too much fun, but someone's gotta keep the roof from ripping off. If anyone ever has a chance to see Steve's van do it because it's like nothing I've ever seen before. It plays music too, it's not just a fart box. He's got 10 speakers in each door. Next year he'll have even more power, so I would expect him to be doing 160's in bassrace with no problems. The best he's done this year is 158's.

I still remember the look on your's and Ed's face in Taylor, that was priceless.

I'm into them, but they moved the date for that show to Sept. 7th. I'm going to a db drag show in Cleveland that day so I have to hit some other meca shows in Ky and In to get my points. I'm also waiting on my 4th IA DP to show up so I have all 4 subs.

have you tried the passenger seat in different settings? leaned forward all the way, moved forward a little? that may gain you a little. I think I gained a .5 db by leaning my seat forward.

i don't think you should use pipe dope. that stuff will get in your valves and cans, then they won't work right.

ohhh... cause i read in the bass race rule book, it has to be on a cd, not burned.. has to be on a comercial cd, taht is available at stores, etc.

they changed the rules during the season. you can used burned cd's, and ipod/mp3 players for bassrace.
