  1. For those prices you can get good subs. Why spend 2 or 3 hundred on a pair of cheap subs, until you save up for what you want? why not just buy 1 of what you want and add another later. Makes more sense then waste money on something you dont really want then loose when you try to resale them later

This......or go with the pioneers. They like small ported boxes and actually get down

  2. I would just do the front for now, if it will be level with your setup in. if its still higher in the back even with the subs and box in i would also put the rear lowering in. I don't like most cars when the back is lower then the front. If you ever take the system out to sell the car you can put the rear lowering in to level it out. just my .02

that was also my thought...but the thing is that my rear springs are kinda worn as it is so....

  3. i have a 2007 magnum. i just picked up an eibach pro lowering kit. it says it lowers the front 1.5inches and the rear about the same. i have 22s on the car. the question is should i put the springs on the rear of the car with the weight of the 2 dc lvl 5s and the box . the box is probably around 100- 150 itself or just the front to kinda level it off. any in help is appreciated

  4. Not sure about the 1k6, but I've seen a 7k2 play for 16 hrs in 95+ in direct sun light. Didn't skip a beat...could have cooked steaks while it was playin...lol. still beats today...that's why the next amp I'm buyin is a stetsom 2k5.

are you talkin about derricks teg? his stetsom 7k at slamology was hot as fuck. it was like 95+ outside and the car was in direct sunlight...no shade anywhere, i still have wifebeater tan lines from june lol. but when he opened the hatch of his car it was probably 40 degrees hotter by the rear of the car from the heat of the amp. it didnt miss a beat and he did consistent mid 150s demoing all day. very impressive imo

  5. I'll be doing the same. Two dc level 5 15 neos for my cougar.

Damn I miss my cougar! Back in high school my grandmother past away. I got a large insurance settlement from her because it was a car accident. And she had full custody of me. A week after I buried her someone broke in and destroyed and I mean destroyed my car. So I rebuilt it and did like a in memory of thing with it. I rebuilt that car from the ground up. 2 hcca 2100s 2 hcca 225s 8 Orion NT 12s all 8 sets hcca components. Bigger vortec supercharger. 19 inch rims. Sorry flashback. Go DC!!! I just bought my first subs from them too. 15 inch lvl 5 s
