[volts at amp going crazy]

heres some questions that will help us figure out what could be wrong with it

what amp is it

what guage wire u running?

what do u have it hooked to sub wise and ohm load?

and what kinda other electrical do u have other than the alt?

rockford fosgate t2000.1bd

4 gauge as of right now

its wired to 1 ohm

i have the big 3 done in 0 gauge and a optima yellow top.

ive been having problems with keeping the volts up to my amp. i just installed a 220amp excessive amperage alt to fix the problem. i tried the system and im still having the same problem. the volts at the battery stay consistant at 14.4 no matter how loud the system is, but the amp is ranging from 13.6 - 11.7. what could be causing this problem? possibly a bad ground or something is wrong with the amp itself?

ive been rolling like this since october and i havent gotten pulled over YET. as long as im not doing anything dumb the cops dont bust you... until i redo my system lol

here is pics of my car. windows are 20% but might get redone with 5% in the spring. entire windshield is done 35%. sitting in the car you cant even tell the windshield is tinted.

my first was a lanzar bandpass box. what a pos. i think the plexi made more noise than the subs

longest for me was probably 3 months. blew my amp and was waiting for the funds to get a new one. i hated driving my car without beat. never again will that happen

dont do it. my phone went into some protect mode and i had to do a master reset on my phone. lost my jailbreak and it made me update before i could reboot my phone. just a waist of a 23 minute download.
